CELL SELECTION USING MULTIPLE FACTORS
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may perform measurements on a plurality of cells. The UE may order the plurality of cells based at least in part on multiple factors including at least a cell selection condition, the cell selection condition indicating a threshold for the measurement for cell selection. The UE may select, based at least in part on the ordering, a cell from the plurality of cells. The UE may camp on the selected cell. Numerous other aspects are provided.
ULCI TRIGGERED CLI MEASUREMENT
Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a method for wireless communication by a user equipment (UE). The UE receives an uplink (UL) cancellation indication (ULCI) from a network entity cancelling resources assigned to the UE for UL transmission and indicating the UE to measure cross-link interference (CLI) from one or more other UEs within the cancelled resources. The UE measures the CLI from the one or more other UEs based on the ULCI. The UE sends a CLI measurement report based on the measured CLI to the network entity.

METHOD FOR CONFIGURING CHANNEL STATE INFORMATION COMPUTATION PERIOD FOR HIGH MOBILITY
A method of downlink channel state information (DL CSI) computation and reporting is proposed to support high velocity in new radio (NR) systems. In a first novel aspect, two CSI reference slots are defined. CSI reference slot for CSI measurement is defined for determining which CSI-RS/SSB occasion(s) is used for computing CSI. CSI reference slot for CSI computation is defined for determining the slot where UE assumes the CSI computation should be based upon the channel at that time onwards. In a second novel aspect, UE can be configured with a CSI computation period consisting of one or N slots and can be divided into multiple sub-periods without overlap. UE can be configured to compute and report wideband CSI and subband CSI for the whole CSI computation period and/or for each sub-period.

AUTOMATED ACTIVATION OF UNSOLICITED PROBE RESPONSES
Automated activation of unsolicited probe responses may be provided. Probe traffic data may be received. Then, based on the probe traffic data, a plurality of probe traffic cost metrics may be determined. Each one of the plurality of probe traffic cost metrics may be respectively associated with a plurality of Unsolicited Probe Response (UPR) modes. An Access Point (AP) may then be operated in a one of the plurality of UPR modes that has a respective probe traffic cost metric that indicates a lowest probe traffic cost of the plurality of probe traffic cost metrics.

DIGITAL TWIN INCIDENT RESPONSE
Systems and methods for providing on-premises response to an incident impacting a space of a building are provided. One method includes storing digital twins of one or more on-premises building devices of the building in a memory device within the space. The digital twins include digital representations of the on-premises building devices including data relating to the on-premises building devices. The method further includes receiving, by one or more processors within the space, data relating to the incident impacting the space, processing the data using the digital twins stored in the memory device within the space to determine a response to the incident, and executing an action to implement the response to the incident.

SYNCHRONIZATION SIGNAL BLOCK PRIORITIZATION FOR PHYSICAL BROADCAST CHANNEL BASED BEAM MEASUREMENTS
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The method includes receiving control signaling indicating for the UE to monitor a set of multiple synchronization signal blocks during a first transmission time interval, determining a priority order of the set of multiple synchronization signal blocks based on a number of beam switch events that occur during the first transmission time interval exceeding a beam switch capability limit of the UE, performing a set of multiple beam measurements of at least a subset of the set of multiple synchronization signal blocks that occur during the first transmission time interval according to the priority order of the set of multiple synchronization signal blocks, and transmitting a beam report to a base station based on the set of multiple beam measurements.
