METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR SELECTING SIM CARD
The present invention discloses methods and systems for selecting at least one SIM card for data communication at a wireless communication device which is capable of housing a plurality of SIM cards. When a switching condition is satisfied, the wireless communication device selects a second SIM card group, and disconnects one or more connections established using any non-second group SIM card. Non-second group SIM cards are SIM cards that are not in the second SIM card group. A selected SIM card from the second SIM card group is then used for data communications. The steps are repeated until (i) the switching condition is no longer satisfied, (ii) no more SIM cards selected from the second SIM card group can be used for data communications or (iii) no more connection is made using non-second group SIM cards.

Decryption method for trunking group call, and user equipment
The invention provides a decryption method for a trunking group call and a user equipment. The method includes: monitoring group call data in a current cell and obtaining a hyper frame number being a first hyper frame number; when switching from the current cell to a target cell, obtaining the group call data and obtaining an interval range of a hyper frame number of the target cell according to the first hyper frame number, the hyper frame number of the target cell being a second hyper frame number; traversing the second hyper frame number according to the interval range of the second hyper frame number, obtaining a plaintext, and comparing group call session information contained in the plaintext with the group call data of the current cell; and if consistent, decryption by traversing the second hyper frame number being successful, carrying out a decryption operation according to the second hyper frame number.
Communication method
A user equipment, apparatus, and method receives from a base station, a message for transitioning a user equipment from a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connected state to a RRC inactive state, starts a timer included in the message, transitioning to a RRC idle state from the RRC inactive state after the timer expires, discards a cell reselection priority included in the message in response to transitioning to the RRC idle state, and applies another cell reselection priority acquired from a serving cell.

Method for transmitting configuration message and apparatus
A process of transmitting a configuration message is efficiently completed. The solution includes receiving a first message from a first node, where the first message includes a configuration of a second node and/or a dual connectivity configuration, and sending a first reply message to the first node if the configuration in the first message is accepted, so that the first node learns that a user terminal accepts the configuration, or sending a second reply message to the first node if the configuration in the first message is not accepted, so that the first node learns that the user terminal does not accept the configuration; or skipping sending any message to the first node if the configuration in the first message is not accepted.

CONNECTION RE-ESTABLISHMENT METHOD AND RELATED DEVICE
The present disclosure provides a connection re-establishment method and related device, the method including: performing a handover process; and initiating a connection re-establishment on the first node if a re-establishment trigger condition is satisfied by a terminal, wherein the first node includes at least one of a source node or a target node in the handover process.
CONDITION HANDOVER METHOD, RELATED DEVICES AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
A condition handover method, a related equipment and a computer-readable storage medium are provided. The condition handover method applied to a source network unit includes: receiving indication information indicating that a CHO is performed by a terminal; and sending, to a first target network unit corresponding to the CHO performed by the terminal, data to be forwarded corresponding to the terminal.
RAN for multimedia delivery
A method is disclosed for tearing down a TCP connection between a transmission control protocol (TCP) client in a radio access network (RAN) and a TCP server, comprising: receiving, at the TCP client, an indication to close the TCP connection; sending, from the TCP client to the TCP server, a TCP segment with a FIN bit set to indicate termination of the TCP connection; and closing, at the TCP client, the TCP connection without waiting for double the maximum segment lifetime period, thereby releasing the radio bearer resources and achieving radio bearer resource optimization.
