CONTROL DEVICE, PROGRAM, AND CONTROL METHOD
Setting unit performs the setting of each of the operating modes of a plurality of aerial vehicles on the basis of communication quality information of the planned route of the plurality of aerial vehicles that fly in a group. Specifically, setting unit firstly specifies the planned positions and periods in which each aerial vehicle is to fly from the flight plan information of the plurality of aerial vehicles that fly in a group. Next, setting unit specifies a communication quality of first wireless communication unit of each aerial vehicle in each position and each period from the communication quality information that represents the communication quality in the specified positions and periods. Then, setting unit specifies an operating mode setting schedule of main unit mode and auxiliary unit mode, which sets an aerial vehicle having a specified communication quality, and sets the remaining aerial vehicles as auxiliary units.
Robust multipath routing methods in wireless network
A method of operating an access control system including a plurality of access controls each operating as a node including: receiving a node information from one or more nodes of the access control system, the one or more nodes including an origination node and a destination node; determining one or more routes between the origination node and the destination node in response to the node information or a minimum hop distance between the originating node and the head node and a minimum hop distance between any intermediate routing node and the head node; receiving a reroute message indicating a failed node between the destination node and the origination node; and determining an alternate path from the origination node to the destination node around the failed node in response to the one or more routes.

SYSTEM, METHOD, AND APPARATUS FOR USING ALTERNATIVE NUMBERS FOR ROUTING VOICE CALLS AND SHORT MESSAGES IN A COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK
A system, method and computer-readable medium for allowing the use of an alternative numbering plan for delivering short messages to mobile subscribers using the public mobile telephone network is provided. Users of an enterprise or other closed networks as well as users that are not part of a closed network may send short messages destined to members of an enterprise or closed network from their mobile or other devices associated with their subscription using an alternative enterprise directory number, such as the office number, instead of the mobile number, such that the alternative number will be presented at the destination device as the originating number. The recipient may respond to the message by addressing the response to the enterprise or closed network number, and the response may be delivered to the originator’s mobile or other device associated with their subscription.

OPERATION APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MAINTAINING NETWORK CONNECTIVITY OF A NETWORK DEVICE BASED ON SELF-RELATED CONNECTION INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM MONITORING MAINTENANCE MESSAGES
It is an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus that allows for improving the self-healing capability of a network, wherein the apparatus is adapted to be part of a network (100), like a ZigBee network. The operation apparatus (110) is adapted to operate a network device (101) and comprises a network information providing unit (111), wherein the network information refers to information with respect to maintenance messages (105, 106, 107) sent and/or received by a network device (101) and/or a neighboring network device (103, 104) to maintain the network, a determination unit (112) for determining self-related connection information from the network information, wherein the self-related connection information refers to information on the connection of the network device itself with the network, and a control unit (113) for controlling the network device based on the self-related connection information.
METHOD FOR PERFORMING PATH RESELECTION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND APPARATUS THEREFOR
The present specification provides a method for performing a radio link failure (RLF) recovery procedure in a wireless communication system.
The method performed by a first user equipment (UE) includes, wherein the first UE is connected to a base station via a UE-to-UMTS (Uu) link and is connected to a second UE via a sidelink, determining a path for performing the RLF recovery procedure when a RLF is detected on the Uu link, and performing an RRC connection re-establishment procedure in order to recover the RLF through the determined path.
USING ALTERNATIVE PATHS OF DESCENDANT NODES FOR BACKHAUL-LINK FAILURE REPORTING IN INTEGRATED ACCESS
A method, system and apparatus are disclosed. According to one or more embodiments, a child IAB node is configured to communicate with a first parent IAB node and a descendant IAB node over a backhaul network. The child IAB node includes processing circuitry configured to: detect a backhaul link failure between the child IAB node and the first parent IAB node; in response to the detected backhaul link failure, cause transmission of a radio link failure indication to the descendant IAB node; receive signaling indicating for the child IAB node to connect to a second parent IAB node; and modify network topology at least in part by connecting to the second parent IAB node.
