RESTRICTED ACCESS PROCEDURE
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit a registration request for restricted access (RA), wherein the registration request selectively includes an onboarding access request. The UE may selectively communicate with an onboarding network to authenticate and authorize a particular network based at least in part on whether the registration request includes the onboarding access request. The UE may complete the RA registration after transmitting the registration request and based at least in part on selectively communicating with the onboarding network to authenticate and authorize the particular network. Numerous other aspects are described.
Frequency Band Control Method In Abnormal Scenario Of Dual-Card Terminal And Terminal Device
This application provides a frequency band control method in an abnormal scenario of a dual-card terminal and a terminal device, and relates to the field of communications technologies. In solutions of this application, for a dual-card user scenario that supports a 5G SA mode or a 5G NSA mode, it is determined whether a frequency band combination of two cards is in a blacklist and whether signal quality of a primary card and/or signal quality of a secondary card meet/meets a preset threshold. If the frequency band combination of the two cards is in the blacklist and the signal quality of the primary card and/or the signal quality of the secondary card are/is less than the preset threshold, an NR capability of a terminal device is controlled to fall back, for example, an SA capability is disabled, or an NR link in an ENDC link is released, to improve the signal quality of the two cards. Further, when the frequency band combination of the two cards changes and a changed frequency band combination of the two cards is not in the blacklist, the NR capability of the terminal device may be controlled to be restored. In the solutions of this application, a case in which signal quality deteriorates because the dual-card terminal device works on a problem frequency band combination can be alleviated.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DEVICE MANAGEMENT TO RESTRICT HANDOVER AND ATTACH
Systems, methods, and process nodes for managing device connections in a telecommunications network perform and/or comprise: receiving a connection request from a wireless device at a first Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) of the telecommunications network; comparing a capability report of the wireless device to a predetermined criteria, wherein the predetermined criteria corresponds to whether the wireless device is compatible with the first PLMN; and in response to a determination that the capability report meets the predetermined criteria, denying the connection request.
Method executed by user equipment and user equipment
The present invention provides a method executed by a user equipment and a user equipment, and the method comprises: receiving a radio resource control (RRC) message; determining, according to one or more information elements (IEs) or a portion of one information element (IE) in the RRC message, indication information related to a control region in a subframe and/or an access to a cell; and performing, according to the indication information, processing related to the access to the cell and/or processing related to resource mapping, so as to make the user equipment speed up cell selection and save power consumption.

Misbehavior detection in autonomous driving communications
A first roadway system receives a communication from a second roadway system over a wireless channel, where the communication includes a description of a physical object within a driving environment. Characteristics of the physical object are determined based on sensors of the first roadway system. The communication is determined to contain an anomaly based on a comparison of the description of the physical object with the characteristics determined based on the sensors of the first roadway system. Misbehavior data is generated to describe the anomaly. A remedial action is initiated based on the anomaly.

FAULT TRIAGE AND MANAGEMENT WITH RESTRICTED THIRD-PARTY ACCESS TO A TENANT NETWORK
The present technology is directed to providing fault management with dynamic restricted access in a tenant network. The tenant network can be a private 5G cellular network or other wireless communication network. The present technology can identify a fault event within the tenant network based on received telemetry data, associate the fault event with a vendor component included in the tenant network, and generate a vendor fault context. The vendor fault context can be generated to include only the portion of telemetry data that is determined to be related to the fault event or the vendor component. The present technology can further use the vendor fault context to create a time-bound user account for remotely accessing the tenant network for fault triage and management. The time-bound user account can be associated to a static role-based access control (RBAC) scheme configured with access restrictions determined based on the vendor fault context.

Service layer registration
A service layer entity may register to another service layer entity and proactively request to gain access to the local services hosted by the registrar entity. A registrar entity may accept a registree entity's registration request but only grant access of its partial services to the registree entity. If a registree entity does not need to proactively request the services within its registration request message, the registrar entity decides what services may be needed by the registree entity and grants access of those services to the registree entity.
