METHOD FOR PERFORMING MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS, MOBILE TERMINAL DEVICE, AND MOBILE BASEBAND PROCESSING CIRCUIT
A mobile terminal device may include a radio processing circuit and a baseband processing circuit adapted to interact with the radio processing circuit. The baseband processing circuit may be configured to identify one or more multicast control data notification messages available for reception during a first multicast control data window, determine whether any of the one or more multicast control data notification messages are not received during the first multicast control data window, and trigger receiving of multicast control data of a second multicast control data window when a predefined quantity of the one or more multicast control data notification messages are not received during the first multicast control data window.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR IMPLEMENTING PAGING MONITORING, BASE STATION AND USER EQUIPMENT
Method, device, base station and user equipment for implementing paging monitoring are described. At a base station side, the method includes: grouping a user equipment in a cell controlled by the base station, and allocating a group identifier to each group; for each user equipment, transmitting the group identifier corresponding to the user equipment and a paging indicator monitoring occasion to the user equipment; transmitting a paging indicator to the user equipment currently required to be paged or scheduled. At a user equipment side, the method includes: receiving a group identifier and a paging indicator monitoring occasion transmitted from a base station; monitoring a paging indicator at the paging indicator monitoring occasion; starting to monitor paging control information, when it is monitored that the paging indicator contains the group identifier.

PTT COMMUNICATION METHOD AND APPARATUS THROUGH MULTIPLE PTT CHANNELS
The present disclosure proposes a method capable of, when a user simultaneously selects several PTT channels even in an apparatus not supporting a display, identifying the several PTT channels using alarm sounds for the PTT channels to transmit voices and distinguishing through which PTT channel a received voice is received, and a PTT terminal supporting the same. The present disclosure provides a push-to-talk (PTT) communication method, comprising: a step of connecting multiple PTT channels for communications between terminals; a step of storing history information representing received time of voice data through the multiple PTT channels; a step of selecting a PTT channel on the basis of the history information with respect to the multiple PTT channels, if an input of a PTT button is sensed; and a step of transmitting voice data to the selected PTT channel.

ENHANCED SELF-ORGANIZING NETWORK SWITCHING MATRIX
Automated control of simulcast ratios based on network traffic data provides efficient network capacity management. In one aspect, a remote switching matrix can be utilized at a venue to couple remote transceiver units (RTUs) with different antenna ports, for example, of one or more multi-beam antennas deployed at the venue. A simulcast ratio that can be utilized to support traffic demand at the venue can be determined and implemented by creating dynamic connections between the RTUs and the antenna ports. In one aspect, the simulcast ratio can be modified based on changes in network traffic at the venue that are monitored via self-organizing network devices. In addition, one or more antenna beams of the multi-beam antennas are remotely steered or rotated based on a location of the traffic.

Method and apparatus for assigning and updating paging subgroup
The method of wireless communication may include a UE, a base station, and a core network including an AMF. The UE may initiate an update of the paging subgroup ID assigned to the UE by transmitting paging assistance information to the AMF. The paging assistance information may include an expected paging probability of the UE. The base station may initiate an update of the paging subgroup ID assigned to the UE based on the change of RRC connection between the UE and the base station. The core network including the AMF may transmit an updated paging subgroup ID to the UE. The core network including the AMF may configure a set of candidate subgroups associated with the UE, and the base station may update the paging subgroup ID of the UE based on releasing the RRC connection to the RRC inactive state.
