METHODS AND APPARATUSES FOR HANDLING CONFLICT BETWEEN SIDELINK DATA TRANSMISSION AND UPLINK SMALL DATA TRANSMISSION
A method performed by a user equipment (UE) includes initiating a Small Data Transmission (SDT) procedure for transmitting a first set of data packets to a base station (BS) via an uplink (UL) transmission, determining, while the UE is in a Radio Resource Control (RRC) Inactive state, whether to prioritize the UL transmission over a sidelink (SL) transmission when there is a conflict between the UL transmission and the SL transmission during the SDT procedure, where the SL transmission is for transmitting a second set of data packets to another UE.
PREEMPTION INDICATION AND PERMISSION INDICATION MANAGEMENT FOR MOBILE BROADBAND AND LOW LATENCY COMMUNICATION MULTIPLEXING
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In one example, a base station may dynamically configure a user equipment (UE) to monitor or avoid monitoring for a preemption indication. Accordingly, the UE may have a lower chance of monitoring for a preemption indication when it is unlikely that an uplink or downlink transmission will be preempted. In another example, a base station may transmit a control message indicating whether future indications received from the base station are to be interpreted as preemption indications or permission indications. Accordingly, the base station may choose to use either preemption indications or permission indications (e.g., based on the probability of collisions between mobile broadband (MBB) and low latency transmissions) to facilitate MBB and low latency communication multiplexing with limited signaling.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PERFORMING LINK RECONFIGURATION BETWEEN MLDS IN WIRELESS LAN SYSTEM
Proposed are a method and apparatus for performing, by reception MLD, link reconfiguration with transmission MLD, in a wireless LAN system. In detail, the reception MLD transmits a link change request frame to the transmission MLD via a first link. The reception MLD receives a link change response frame from the transmission MLD via the first link. The reception MLD configures a second link with the transmission MLD, on the basis of the link change response frame. The transmission MLD comprises a first transmission STA operating in the first link and a second transmission STA operating in the second link. The reception MLD comprises a first reception STA having a link changed from the first link to the second link. The link change response frame comprises information about the first and second links. The information about the second link is updated. The information about the first link is maintained without being reset or deleted.

TERMINAL APPARATUS, BASE STATION APPARATUS, AND COMMUNICATION METHOD
A method by a user equipment (UE) is described. The method includes receiving, from a base station, a first radio resource control (RRC) parameter related to a first search space set, receiving a second RRC parameter related to a control resource set (CORESET) wherein the CORESET is associated with the first search space set, monitoring a set of PDCCH candidates for the first search space set, wherein each PDCCH candidate is repeated in a first total number of one or more PDCCH monitoring occasions starting from a first slot, the first slot is determined based on the first RRC parameter.

COMMUNICATION METHOD AND APPARATUS
Embodiments of the present invention provide a communication method and apparatus. A network device determines, based on first capability information, a bandwidth part supported by a first terminal device, and sends a first paging message on a target bandwidth part, where the bandwidth part is used to carry paging or another message. The target bandwidth part matches the bandwidth part supported by the first terminal device. Therefore, compared with attempting to send the first paging message by the network device on a plurality of bandwidth parts, sending the first paging message on the target bandwidth part can effectively reduce a quantity of times of unnecessary paging sending by the network device, so as to reduce a quantity of wasted paging resources. This can effectively reduce a quantity of times of unnecessary listening of the first terminal device, reduce energy consumption of the terminal device, and improve paging efficiency.
