Transport communication pairing
A method, apparatus and non-transitory computer readable storage medium, in one embodiment, associating at least one wireless device and at least one user, requesting audio information from at least one remote source by the at least one wireless device, receiving the audio information from the remote source, broadcasting an audio identifier to the at least one wireless device, using the audio information, authenticating the association between the at least one wireless device and at least one transport, based on the audio information, determining at least one characteristic of the at least one user based on at least one of at least one user search history and at least one user preference selection and determining at least one probable route of the at least one transport based on the at least one characteristic and at least one of at least one route history and at least one input destination.
BROADCAST-BASED UNICAST SESSION METHOD AND APPARATUS
Embodiments of the present application provide a broadcast mechanism-based unicast session system, method, and apparatus, a computer-readable storage medium, and a vehicle, to establish a unicast session carried through broadcast between an initiator device and a responder device. An extension identifier of the initiator device or the responder device is added to a unicast request message, a unicast response message, or a unicast acknowledgment message sent in a broadcast manner, to avoid a session error caused by a MAC identifier conflict of the initiator device or the responder device, thereby improving reliability of the unicast session.

HANDLING OF MBS SESSION RELATED BACK-OFF TIMER
A method for handling the joining and leaving an MBS session via a PDU session establishment or modification procedure is provided. Upon receipt of a back-off timer in the Received MBS Container IE (with the operation/decision “MBS join is rejected” or “Remove UE from the MBS session”), the UE shall associate the MBS back-off timer with the MBS session ID (e.g., TMGI). If the timer value is neither zero nor deactivated, the UE should not request to join the MBS session with the same MBS session ID before the timer expiry. If the timer value is deactivated, the UE should not request to join the MBS session with the same MBS session ID until the UE is switched off, the USIM is removed, an entry in the “list of subscriber data” for the current SNPN is updated, or an event/notification is triggered by the network.
Sidelink groupcast scheduling
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a base station, a sidelink scheduling request for groupcast sidelink communications with a set of one or more UEs. The base station may determine one or more UEs of the set of UEs and time-frequency resources for groupcast sidelink communication between the first UE and the one or more UEs. The first UE may receive, from the base station, a groupcast sidelink grant that indicates time-frequency resources for groupcast sidelink communications between the first UE and one or more UEs. The first UE may transmit, via the time-frequency resources indicated by the groupcast sidelink grant, a groupcast sidelink message to the one or more UEs. The one or more UEs may also receive the sidelink grant, and may monitor the time-frequency resources for a groupcast sidelink communication from the first UE.
Power saving in new radio multicast
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A method for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) may include: receiving a multicast bandwidth part configuration for multicast communications between a base station and the UE, where the multicast bandwidth part configuration includes a maximum number of multiple-input, multiple-output layers to be used for the multicast communications; establishing a multicast link with the base station for multicast communications; determining to use a reduced number of antennas for multicast reception than the number of antennas used for unicast reception, or determining that the UE is able to decode the multicast communications prior to a remaining portion of the multicast communications; and receiving the multicast communications via the reduced number of antennas, or reducing the radio frequency power prior to completion of a number of repetitions or retransmissions of the multicast communications.
CHANGE OF MULTICAST AND BROADCAST SERVICES RADIO BEARER IDENTIFIERS DURING MULTICAST AND BROADCAST SERVICE MOBILITY
Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for changing MRB ID without requiring release and add functions. One method may include receiving, by a user equipment, a RRC reconfiguration message from a network entity comprising a MRB. The MRB is identified by a first MRB ID, and the RRC reconfiguration message further comprises a second MRB ID associated with the first MRB ID. The user equipment associates the MRB with the second MRB ID configured for subsequent identification of the MRB. The user equipment receives MBS data through the MRB associated with the second MRB ID.

Communicating over multiple radio access technologies (RATs)
A user equipment (UE) may transmit, using a first radio access technology (RAT), a service request message including information associated with at least one UE service. Based on the transmitted service request message, a message with information to setup a bearer for a second RAT, wherein the second RAT is a different RAT than the first RAT. The UE may receive multimedia data using the second RAT and simultaneously receive data using the first RAT.
