Device and method for multi-link operations
Embodiments of a device and a method for multi-link operations are disclosed. In an embodiment, a device includes a processor configured to perform a first backoff operation on a first link and a second backoff operation on a second link of a multi-link device (MLD) that has a non-simultaneous transmission and reception capability (NSTR MLD), and transmit a first Physical Layer Convergence Protocol (PLCP) Protocol Data Unit (PPDU) on the first link at a first start time after the first backoff operation and a second PPDU on the second link at a second start time after the second backoff operation.
Triggering reference signals in wireless networks
Aspects provide a mechanism for activating a secondary serving cell (SCell) in a wireless communication network supporting a multi-cell transmission environment. In some examples, a scheduled entity (e.g., a UE) in a connected mode with a primary serving cell (PCell) may synchronize with the SCell to activate the SCell for multi-cell communication with the PCell and the SCell. To enable synchronization with the SCell, the PCell may trigger communication and processing of one or more reference signals between the scheduled entity and the SCell.

Wideband uplink control channel capability indication during initial access
Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for wideband uplink control channel capability indication during initial access are disclosed herein. A user equipment (UE) may transmit an uplink message indicating an uplink resource bandwidth capability of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) of the UE based on a power spectral density (PSD) limitation and a maximum transmission power of the UE. The UE may receive a downlink message indicating an uplink resource allocation of the PUCCH corresponding to the uplink resource bandwidth capability. Alternatively, the UE may receive a downlink configuration that indicates a first set of uplink resources and a second set of uplink resources. The UE may transmit an acknowledgment message in response to a downlink message of a random access channel process. The acknowledgment message includes the uplink resource bandwidth capability that indicates a selection between the first set of uplink resources and the second set of uplink resources.

Method and user equipment for handling user plane in dual connectivity in wireless communication system
Embodiments herein provide a method for handling a user plane by a UE configured for dual connectivity operation. The method includes receiving a RRC reconfiguration message including one or more Layer 2 indications and a Layer 2 configuration corresponding to one or more radio bearers from one of a MN and a SN involved in a dual connectivity operation of the UE. Further, the method includes performing, by the UE, one of: reestablishing of a RLC entity and a data recovery procedure for a PDCP entity corresponding to the radio bearer based on the one or more Layer 2 indications and the Layer 2 configuration received in the RRC reconfiguration message, and reestablishing of a RLC entity and reestablishing of a PDCP entity corresponding to the radio bearer based on the one or more Layer 2 indications and the Layer 2 configuration received in the RRC reconfiguration message.

Method and device for transmitting data
A method and a device for receiving transmitting data in in a wireless local area network are provided. The device receives a physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU) from a station over a transmission bandwidth and determines whether the station is a member of a basic service set (BSS) managed by the device based on the PPDU. When the PPDU is a multi-user (MU)-PPDU, the AP determines that the station is not a member of the BSS managed by the AP. Such MU-PPDU includes a first signal field and a second signal field, the first signal field having bandwidth information indicating the transmission bandwidth, the second signal field having user-specific information with allocation for orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) transmission.

PORTABLE DIGITAL VIDEO CAMERA CONFIGURED FOR REMOTE IMAGE ACQUISITION CONTROL AND VIEWING
A wearable digital video camera (10) is equipped with wireless connection protocol and global navigation and location positioning system technology to provide remote image acquisition control and viewing. The Bluetooth® packet-based open wireless technology standard protocol (400) is preferred for use in providing control signals or streaming data to the digital video camera and for accessing image content stored on or streaming from the digital video camera. The GPS technology (402) is preferred for use in tracking of the location of the digital video camera as it records image information. A rotating mount (300) with a locking member (330) on the camera housing (22) allows adjustment of the pointing angle of the wearable digital video camera when it is attached to a mounting surface.
