A camera module according to an embodiment of the present technology includes a first component-mounting board, a second component-mounting board, and a spacer component. The first component-mounting board includes an imaging device. The second component-mounting board is electrically connected to the first component-mounting board. The spacer component is arranged between the first component-mounting board and the second component-mounting board. The spacer component includes a component body that is made of a first insulating material. The component body including a first primary-surface portion that includes a plurality of first reference surfaces including at least three first reference surfaces, a second primary-surface portion that includes a plurality of second reference surfaces including at least three second reference surfaces, and a component accommodation portion with or without a bottom, the first primary-surface portion being brought into contact with the first component-mounting board, the second primary-surface portion being brought into contact with the second component-mounting board, the component accommodation portion being provided to at least one of the first primary-surface portion or the second primary-surface portion.

WIRING SUBSTRATE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WIRING SUBSTRATE
A wiring substrate includes an insulating layer including resin and filler particles, and an embedded wiring layer including wirings and embedded in the insulating layer such that the wirings are filling grooves formed on a surface of the insulating layer, respectively. The embedded wiring layer is formed such that the inter-wiring distance between the closest two wirings of the wirings in the embedded wiring layer is in the range of 2 μm to 8 μm, and the insulating layer is formed such that the maximum particle size of the filler particles is 50% or less of the inter-wiring distance.

The cascading common mode filter includes an outer and an inner common mode filter. The outer common mode filter includes a U-shaped void section on the first surface of the ground plane layer. The inner common mode filter includes an H-shaped void section on the first surface of the ground plane layer. The H-shaped void section is located proximate to the U-shaped void section.

A printed circuit board comprises N power switching cells operating in parallel and respectively comprising a transistor leg, at least one decoupling capacitor and a gate driver circuit. Each transistor leg comprises respective first and second transistors in series, a drain of the first transistor being connected to a positive DC line, a source of the second transistor being connected to a negative DC line, a source of the first transistor being connected to a drain of the second through a connection middle-point connected to an output terminal. Each gate driver circuit controls respective switching ON and OFF of the corresponding first and second transistors. The N transistor legs of the corresponding N power switching cells are positioned to substantially form a convex polygon having N edges of substantially the same length, each one of the N transistor legs being positioned along one of the edges of the convex polygon.

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a housing, and a flexible connecting member disposed inside the housing, the flexible connecting member including a dielectric substrate, at least one signal wire disposed on one surface of the dielectric substrate, and at least one ground disposed on the other surface of the dielectric substrate adjacent to the signal wire. The at least one signal wire and the at least one ground may be disposed to be spaced apart from each other when viewed from above the dielectric substrate. A flexible connecting member may include a dielectric substrate, a signal wire disposed on one surface of the dielectric substrate, and a ground disposed on the other surface of the dielectric substrate adjacent to the signal wire. The signal wire and the ground may be disposed to be spaced apart from each other when viewed from above the dielectric substrate.

An electronic switch module includes a circuit board having conductive pads coupled to a power source and a sense pad coupled to an output signal; and a variable-speed actuator assembly having an actuator positioned adjacent a side edge of the circuit board and moveable along a movement axis, a plunger coupled to the actuator, and a conductive wiper secured to the plunger in contact with the circuit board. The wiper includes a first leg arranged to slidably engage the sense pad and a second leg arranged to slidably engage at least one of the conductive pads. The sense pad is longitudinally aligned with the conductive pads. The first leg of the wiper is located between the actuator and the second leg, and the sense pad is located between the side edge of the circuit board and the conductive pads.
