Electronics assemblies and methods of manufacturing electronics assemblies with improved thermal performance
Electronics assemblies and methods of manufacturing electronics assemblies having improved thermal performance. One example of these electronics assemblies includes a printed circuit board (PCB), an integrated circuit package mounted to the PCB, the integrated circuit packing having a heat generating component, and a heat spreader soldered to the PCB such that the heat spreader is thermally coupled to the heat generating component of the integrated circuit package to dissipate heat generated by the heat generating component.
WIRING CIRCUIT BOARD
A wiring circuit board includes a metal support substrate, an insulating layer, and a conductive layer in this order in a thickness direction, and has an edge portion extending in a first direction. The edge portion includes a main structure portion and partially includes a partial structure portion. In the main structure portion, the metal support substrate has a substrate extension portion extending outwardly with respect to the insulating layer in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and the thickness direction. In the partial structure portion, the insulating layer has an insulating layer extension portion extending outwardly with respect to the metal support substrate in the second direction.
Capillary structure of cooling element, cooling element and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of heat dissipation, and specifically provides a capillary structure element of a cooling element, wherein the capillary structure is formed by copper metal paste. The copper metal paste includes copper powder, binder, solvent, pore former, dispersant, stabilizer, surfactant, and antioxidant. The present invention also provides a cooling element comprising the capillary structure element and a preparation method thereof. The capillary structure element provided by the invention is arranged with the advantages of simple preparation process, convenient operation, controllable thickness, controllable size and hole diameter, excellent capillary effect and the like, and is especially suitable for preparing ultra-thin cooling elements.
Manufacturing apparatus for display device and method of using the same
A manufacturing method of a display device includes: loading, on a stage, a panel assembly including: a display panel drivable to display an image, and first and second printed circuit boards attached to the display panel, end portions of the first and second printed circuit boards overlapping each other; providing a jet of air to the overlapping end portion of the second printed circuit board to raise the overlapping end portion away from and expose the end portion of the first printed circuit board; fixing the raised end portion away from the exposed end portion of the first printed circuit board; pre-processing the exposed end portion of the first printed circuit board; and aligning a distal end of the pre-processed end portion of the first printed circuit board and a distal end of the end portion of the second printed circuit board.

Designing a printed circuit board (PCB) to detect slivers of conductive material included within vias of the PCB
A method may include obtaining a printed circuit board (PCB) that includes a set of vias that include a set of stub regions. The PCB may include a set of layers perpendicular to the set of vias. The set of layers may include a signal layer and a ground layer. The ground layer may be located between the set of stub regions and the signal layer. The method may include drilling to remove at least a portion of a stub region of a via of the set of vias. The method may include performing an electrical test to determine whether a sliver of conductive material is included within the via after drilling to remove the at least a portion of the stub region of the via.
