Component feeding device and component feeding method
There is provided a component feeding device including multiple component replenishing devices configured to replenish with components having different shapes; multiple stages on which the components replenished from the multiple replenishing devices are scattered, and a control section configured to cause the multiple replenishing devices to replenish the components to the respective stages at an arbitrary timing. There is provided a component feeding method for supplying components, having different shapes and being respectively replenished onto multiple stages from multiple replenishing devices, to a component mounting device with the components being respectively scattered on the multiple stages, wherein amounts of the components is capable of being respectively changed for each of the multiple stages.
COMPONENT SUPPLY APPARATUS AND COMPONENT MOUNTING APPARATUS
A component supply apparatus includes a sending part configured to send tape housing a component therein in a sending direction so as to supply the component to a component supply position; a main body having an opposed surface extending in the sending direction, which faces a lower surface of the tape being sent by the sending part; a leaf spring member extending in the sending direction and having both end portions in contact with the opposed surface and a center portion curved upward so as to support the lower surface of the tape while urging the lower surface of the tape upward at the component supply position; and an urging member disposed between the leaf spring member and the opposed surface so as to urge the leaf spring member upward.

Display device, and method and apparatus for manufacturing the same
A display device, and a method and apparatus for manufacturing the display device, are provided. The display device includes a cover window including a curved portion, and a display panel smaller in at least one of length or width than the cover window and laminated on a flat portion of the cover window.
Unit unloading system
An IC unit unloading system including a chute and a drawer. The chute has a plurality of channels each arranged to receive a unit. The drawer is arranged to move along the chute and has a gate with a unit contact face proximate a top surface of the chute. The contact face is arranged to draw the units along the respective channel as the drawer moves along the chute, and to allow the units to slide laterally across the contact face from a first pitch of each channel to a second pitch. A method for washing a plurality of PCB units, the method comprising the steps of: receiving a plurality of PCB units, said PCB units arranged with a bump face projecting downwards; washing the bump face of the PCB units, then; flipping the PCB units so as to project the ball face downwards, then; washing the ball face.

Production system and production system control method
It is an object of the present invention to provide a production system and a control method for the production system that can suppress erroneous mounting when a tape feeder is shared and used even when latest tape feeder information is not shared among multiple production lines in a production system having multiple production lines. Information that matches the tape feeder database stored by the line management device is stored in the tape feeder. When the tape feeder is mounted on the mounting machine, the information stored in the tape feeder is read, and when it is determined that the information does not match the tape feeder database, mounting of the electronic component supplied from the tape feeder is stopped.
