A management apparatus of the present disclosure is an apparatus used in a mounting system including multiple mounting-related devices each having an attachment portion to which a second member used in combination with a first member is attached and related to a process of mounting a component on a processing target object, and a moving work device that is moved between the mounting-related devices and automatically attaches and detaches the second member to and from the attachment portion. The management apparatus is configured to, when cancelation information indicating that the second member has been detached from the attachment portion of the mounting-related device is acquired and collecting information indicating that the moving work device has detached the second member from the attachment portion is not acquired, execute a process of setting the second member as a restriction target.

A mounting device includes a control device. The control device images an imaging range which includes an illuminant of a light emitting component and acquires a light emitting component image when mounting the light emitting component which includes the illuminant onto a board. Next, the control device detects coordinates (illuminant detected center coordinates) of a center of the illuminant based on the light emitting component image. The control device performs the mounting of the light emitting component such that the light emitting component is held, the light emitting component moves over the board, and a center of the illuminant is positioned at predetermined coordinates on the board based on the illuminant detected center coordinates, without using information relating to an outer shape of the light emitting component which is based on the light emitting component image.

PRODUCTION SYSTEM

A production system includes a first production line and a second production line arranged in parallel with each other, and a first feeder exchange device and a second feeder exchange device respectively provided in each production line at an interval with which the first feeder exchange device and the second feeder exchange device can pass by each other. When the production is stopped, the first feeder exchange device and the second feeder exchange device stop at intervals of a predetermined distance or more in a board conveyance direction.

Component mounting method and component mounting apparatus

A component mounting method is provided for mounting a light emitting component on a board by picking up the light emitting component from a pocket formed in a carrier tape by a mount head. The method includes recognizing a reference part formed in the board, recognizing a light emitting part of the light emitting component by imaging the light emitting component from above in a state where the light emitting component is held within the pocket by a holder from below, picking up the light emitting component by the mount head in the state where the light emitting component is held within the pocket by the holder from below, and mounting the picked up light emitting component on the board based on a recognition result of the reference part and a recognition result of the light emitting part.

There is provided technology which is a component mounting machine which mounts electronic components onto a circuit substrate and is capable of displaying a movable region of an inner portion of the component mounting machine within a same image. The component mounting machine is provided with a fixed camera which monitors the inner portion of the component mounting machine and a display section which is capable of displaying a captured image of the fixed camera. The fixed camera is capable of imaging a range from a pickup position at which the suction nozzle picks up the electronic component which is supplied from the component feeder to a mounting position at which the electronic component is mounted onto the circuit substrate within the same image.

IDENTIFICATIONS OF DEVIATIONS RELATING TO ASSEMBLIES OF COMPONENTS
20230171935 · 2023-06-01 ·

In some examples, a system derives a first representation of an assembly of components based on a first source of information, and derives a second representation of the assembly of components based on a second source of information that is of a different type than the first source of information, where the second representation includes any or a combination of an indication of a source of a respective component of the assembly of components, or placement location information of a component in the assembly. The system compares the first representation to the second representation to identify a deviation between the first representation and the second representation, the deviation corresponding to an alteration of the assembly of components.

A component mounting machine includes a tool station and a determination section. The tool station detachably accommodates a holding member including a main body section which can hold a component to be mounted on a board and multiple identification sections which can identify multiple accommodation angles. The determination section determines an angle difference in which the accommodation angle of the holding member differs from a predetermined accommodation angle. At least one identification section of the multiple identification sections is defined as a first identification section, the at least one identification section being exposed when the accommodation angle of the holding member is the predetermined accommodation angle in a close state in which the multiple identification sections are partially covered by a shielding member. When the determination section cannot recognize the first identification section in the close state, the determination section attempts to recognize a second identification section.
