ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENT DEVICE
Provided is an organic electroluminescent device. The organic electroluminescent device comprises an anode, a cathode and an organic layer disposed between the anode and the cathode, wherein the organic layer comprises a first organic layer, the first organic layer contains a first organic material and a second organic material that satisfy particular energy level requirements, and the first organic layer has a conductivity greater than or equal to 3×10.sup.−5 S/m. The novel organic electroluminescent device effectively controls a hole injection ability so that the overall performance of the device is effectively improved. Further provided are an organic electroluminescent device and a first organic electroluminescent device.

The present disclosure provides an organic electroluminescent device including: an anode; a cathode; and one or more organic material layers interposed between the anode and cathode and selected from the group consisting of a hole injection layer, a hole transporting layer, a light emitting layer, an electron transporting layer, and an electron injection layer, and further including a lifetime enhancement layer (LEL) between the light emitting layer and the electron transporting layer.

Disclosed is an organic light emitting diode (OLED) includes a first emitting material layer, which includes a first compound and a second compound, and a second emitting material layer, which includes a third compound and a fourth compound, wherein a HOMO energy level of the first compound is higher than a HOMO energy level of the second compound and a HOMO energy level of the third compound is lower than a HOMO energy level of the fourth compound, and an organic light emitting device having the OLED. The OLED and the organic light emitting device disclosed have enhanced luminous efficiency, color purity and luminous life span as well as low driving voltage by applying the emitting material layer.

The present disclosure provides a nitrogen-containing compound, an organic electroluminescent device and an electronic apparatus, belonging to the technical field of organic materials. The nitrogen-containing compound of the present disclosure has a carbazole structure and a fluorenyl group, two cooperating with each other and has a high first triplet energy level. Therefore, the nitrogen-containing compound of the present disclosure is suitable for use as a host material of a light-emitting in an organic electroluminescent device. The nitrogen-containing compound can improve the performance of the organic electroluminescent device.
