The present disclosure provides a multi-layered anisotropic conductive adhesive including an upper conductive adhesive layer, a conductive fabric layer with two sides and a lower conductive adhesive layer, wherein one side of the conductive fabric layer is plated with metal, and the total thickness of the multi-layered anisotropic conductive adhesive is 45 to 100 m. In the application of a flexible printed circuit, reinforced parts, formed by laminating multi-layered anisotropic conductive adhesive with steel or polyimide-type stiffener, can effectively prevent the deformation of installed parts due to warping, and ensure the good hole filling, good direct grounding effect, and good shielding performance. Therefore, the multi-layered anisotropic conductive adhesive of the present disclosure has good electrical properties, good adhesive strength, better tin soldering, reliability and flame resistant. The disclosure further provides a method of producing the multi-layered anisotropic conductive adhesive.

An electrical contact pin is intended for pressing into a hole which is provided in a circuit carrier board and has a circumferential wall with a metallized surface. The contact pin consists mainly of copper or of a copper alloy and is surrounded by a layer which includes tin at least in a part region which is to be pressed into the hole. The layer, which includes tin, forms the surface of the contact pin and includes substantially only tin and tin oxide, wherein the tin oxide is formed by way of electrolytic oxidation and the concentration thereof is greatest on the surface of the layer.

Provided are a Cu column, a Cu core column, a solder joint, and a through-silicon via, which have the low Vickers hardness and the small arithmetic mean roughness. For the Cu column 1 according to the present invention, its purity is equal to or higher than 99.9% and equal to or lower than 99.995%, its arithmetic mean roughness is equal to or less than 0.3 m, and its Vickers hardness is equal to or higher than 20 HV and equal to or less than 60 HV. Since the Cu column 1 is not melted at a melting temperature in the soldering and a definite stand-off height (a space between the substrates) can be maintained, it is preferably applied to the three dimensional mounting or the pitch narrowing mounting.

AN ELECTRIC CURRENT SUPPLY SYSTEM, DESIGNED TO BE AT LEAST PARTIALLY SUBMERGED IN AN ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE LIQUID DURING OPERATION THEREOF

An electric current supply system (20) is designed to be at least partially submerged in an electrically conductive liquid during operation thereof, and comprises at least one electrically conductive component (21, 22, 23, 24) enveloped in liquid-tight material (40). The component (21, 22, 23, 24) comprises sacrificial material that is capable of reacting electrochemically with the liquid. Further, the component (21, 22, 23, 24) comprises at least one gas trap portion (50) at which the sacrificial material occupies a space in the liquid-tight material (40) that is thereby defined with a gas trapping shape. If, in case of damage to the system (20) in an actual submerged state thereof, the component (21, 22, 23, 24) gets exposed to the liquid, it is achieved that an electrochemical reaction occurring at the exposed area of the component (21, 22, 23, 24) and an outflow of electric current to the liquid are stopped.

Electrical contact alloy for vacuum contactors

An improved electrical contact alloy, useful for example, in vacuum interrupters used in vacuum contactors is provided. The contact alloy according to the disclosed concept comprises copper particles and chromium particles present in a ratio of copper to chromium particles of 2:3 to 20:1 by weight. The electrical contact alloy also comprises particles of a carbide, which reduces the weld break strength of the electrical contact alloy without reducing its interruption performance.
