ELECTRIC CABLE
The present disclosure provides an electric cable, comprising two signal conductors, a resin insulating layer, an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene insulating film, an electromagnetic shielding film, two ground conductors, and a covering layer. The resin insulating layer covers the two signal conductors. The expanded polytetrafluoroethylene insulating film covers the resin insulating layer. The electromagnetic shielding film covers the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene insulating film. The two ground conductors are disposed at two sides of the electromagnetic shielding film. The cladding layer dads the electromagnetic shielding film and the two ground conductors. Through the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene insulating film, the electric cable can be applied to compact products, and the electric cable can be highly flexible such that the signal transmission performance would not be affected after being repeatedly bent.
SHIELDED ELECTRICAL CABLE
A shielded electrical cable includes conductor sets extending along a length of the cable and spaced apart from each other along a width of the cable. First and second shielding films are disposed on opposite sides of the cable and include cover portions and pinched portions arranged such that, in transverse cross section, the cover portions of the films in combination substantially surround each conductor set. An adhesive layer bonds the shielding films together in the pinched portions of the cable. A transverse bending of the cable at a cable location of no more than 180 degrees over an inner radius of at most 2 mm causes a cable impedance of the selected insulated conductor proximate the cable location to vary by no more than 2 percent from an initial cable impedance measured at the cable location in an unbent configuration.
Circuit module and interposer
A circuit module includes an interposer, and the interposer includes an element body including a first surface, a first interposer terminal provided on the first surface of the element body, and connected to a first external element, a second interposer terminal provided on the first surface of the element body, and connected to a second external element, a first wiring provided in the element body, and electrically connecting the first interposer terminal and the circuit board with each other, a second wiring provided in the element body, and electrically connecting the second interposer terminal and the circuit board with each other, and a bypass wiring provided in the element body and/or on a surface of the element body, and electrically connecting the first interposer terminal and the second interposer terminal with each other.
Wiring member
A wiring member includes a plurality of wire-like transmission members each including a transmission wire body and a coat covering the transmission wire body and a flattening member keeping the plurality of wire-like transmission members in a flat state. For example, the flattening member is considered to include a first flattening member which is a member formed separately from the plurality of wire-like transmission members.
Flame-retardant flat electrical cable
A flat electrical cable extends longitudinally along a length of the cable. The flat electrical cable includes a plurality of conductor sets extending along the length of the cable. Each conductor set includes one or more insulated electrical conductors. Each insulated conductor includes a central conductor surrounded by a first dielectric material. The plurality of conductor sets includes a middle conductor set disposed between two other conductor sets and an edge conductor set disposed proximal to a longitudinal edge of the cable. The first dielectric material of each insulated conductor of the edge, but not the middle, conductor set includes an intumescent flame retardant material.
WIRING MEMBER
A wiring member includes: a base member; and a plurality of wire-like transmission members fixed to the base member, wherein the plurality of wire-like transmission members are fixed to the base member along a route in which a branch wire part branches from a main wire part, the base member includes a main wire fixing part to which the main wire part is fixed and a branch wire fixing part to which a base end part in the branch wire part is fixed, the branch wire part extends to a further outer side from a tip end portion of the branch wire fixing part, and the branch wire part further includes an end portion protection part covering a part of the branch wire part extending from the tip end portion of the branch wire fixing part.
WIRING MEMBER
A wiring member includes: a base member including a base sheet member and a cover sheet member; and a wire-like transmission member fixed to the base member, wherein the cover sheet member is overlapped with the base sheet member while covering the wire-like transmission member, a side part of the base sheet member and a side part of the cover sheet member are joined via a joint part, and an edge of at least one of the base sheet member and the cover sheet member is located on an outer side of the joint part.
HIGH DENSITY SHIELDED ELECTRICAL CABLE AND OTHER SHIELDED CABLES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
A shielded electrical ribbon cable includes adjacent first and second longitudinal conductor sets where each conductor set includes two or more insulated conductors. The first conductor set also includes a ground conductor that generally lies in the plane of the insulated conductors of the first conductor set. At least 90% of the periphery of each conductor set is encompassed by a shielding film. First and second non-conductive polymeric films are disposed on opposite sides of the cable and form cover portions substantially surrounding each conductor set, and pinched portions on each side of each conductor set. When the cable is laid flat, the distance between the center of the ground conductor of the first conductor set and the center of the nearest insulated conductor of the second conductor set is σ1, the center-to-center spacing of the insulated conductors of the second conductor set is σ2, and σ1/σ2 is greater than 0.7.
