WIRE HARNESS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness including: an electric wire; a shield pipe through which the electric wire extends and at least a portion of which is defined as a bend that is curved; and a plurality of spacers disposed inside the shield pipe, wherein: the plurality of spacers are spaced apart from each other in a lengthwise direction of the shield pipe, and respectively have through holes therein, the electric wire extends through the through holes, and an outer peripheral surface of the electric wire is closely attached to inner periphery surfaces of the through holes.
Cable
The cable according to one embodiment of the invention comprises: one or a plurality of core members, each having a conductor and an insulation cover material covering the conductor; and a sheath layer covering the one or the plurality of core members. The sheath layer comprises an inner sheath layer, and an outer sheath layer covering the inner sheath layer. The inner sheath layer comprises a crosslinked very low density polyethylene. The main component of the outer sheath layer is polyurethane. Relative to 100 parts by mass of resin component in the inner sheath layer, the very low density polyethylene content is between 20 parts by mass and 100 parts by mass inclusive. The elastic modulus of the inner sheath layer at 25° C. is between 5 MPa and 30 MPa inclusive.
Wire harness with insulated twisted wire and welded holding member
A wire harness includes a cable and a holding member. The cable includes a twisted wire, and an insulation coating that coats the twisted wire. The cable has a bent portion. The holding member covers a range of the cable including the bent portion, and retains a shape of the bent portion. The twisted wire is in contact with the holding member at least in a part of the bent portion.
WIRING MEMBER
A wiring member is an undercarriage wiring member that connects a vehicle body-side device and a wheel-side device to each other, the wiring member including: a first electric wire group; a second electric wire group that extends along the first electric wire group at least in a certain section; and a plurality of holding members each including a first holding portion and a second holding portion, wherein each of the plurality of holding members holds the first electric wire group in the first holding portion, and the second electric wire group in the second holding portion, and the plurality of holding members are provided at intervals along a path of a parallel section in which the first electric wire group and the second electric wire group are parallel with each other.
