Power unit and power cable for mobile communication base station
The present disclosure relates to a power unit and a power cable for a mobile communication base station, which have sufficiently low inductance and thus minimize voltage oscillation regardless of a change of the amount of power transmitted when communication load of a mobile communication base station increases, thereby providing stable communication services, and which enhance workability of connection to a remote radio unit (RRU) at a base station.
WATERPROOFING STRUCTURE AND WATERPROOFING METHOD FOR SHIELDED CABLE
A waterproofing structure for shielded cable includes: a shielded cable including one or more cables and a braided wire serving as a shielding member and covering the cables; and a grommet serving as a waterproofing member covering a waterproofed portion of the braided wire. Thermoplastic resins serving as waterproofing fillers are respectively disposed on an inner side and an outer side of the waterproofed portion of the braided wire. The gaps between the plurality of strands of the braided wire and the gap between the braided wire and the small-diameter cylindrical portion of the grommet are filled with the thermoplastic resin melted by heating.

The power wire includes a conductor (11), an insulating layer (12) outside the conductor, and a metal shielding layer (13) outside the insulating layer. The power wire and the data transmission wires are spaced from each other by plastic materials.
Wire harness for suppression of vibration of a conductive path
A wire harness includes a conductive path including a braided part and a sheath member accommodating the conductive path so as to protect the conductive path. The braided part is provided as an outermost layer of the conductive path. The braided part includes a cushion part having elasticity in a radial direction of the conductive path and projecting outward in the radial direction toward the sheath member.
Electrical apparatus
An electrical apparatus that includes a cable connected to a transmission optimizer and configured to conduct a current for matching a desired power output. The cable includes at least one insulated conductor core including an innermost insulating layer disposed around the outside of a conducting layer having carbon fiber or graphite fiber as a conductor core. The cable is a single core cable having a single insulated conductor core or a multi-core cable having multiple single insulated conductor cores.
Coolable single line and charging cable
A single line (6) for a charging cable comprises an open support structure (011, 012) with a longitudinal extent, a conductor braid (2) composed of conductors and an insulating element (3). The conductor braid (2) directly covers the open support structure (011, 012) along its longitudinal extent. The insulation element (3) covers the open support structure (011, 012) and the conductor braid (2). There is at least one duct (4) for a cooling fluid (5) in the single line (6). This duct (4) is formed by the support structure (011, 012) and the conductor braid (2). The insulation element (3) cannot be penetrated by the cooling fluid (5) and is electrically insulating.
ELECTRICAL APPARATUS
Electrical Apparatus (100) includes an end of a cable (500) being connected to a transmission optimizer (20), and the cable (500) conducts a current in the range of 0.01 mA to 800 A at a voltage ranges from 12V to 140 KV for the transmission of power, data and signal. The cable (500) includes at least one insulated conductor core formed with an innermost insulating layer (220) disposing around the outside of a conducting layer (210) having carbon fibre or graphite fibre as a conductor core (210). The cable (500) includes a single insulated conductor core to form a single-core cable (300). A reinforcement layer (250) and or a shielding layer (230), (232) being provided around the outside of the innermost insulating layer (220). An outer insulating layer (240) disposes around the outside of the reinforcement layer (250) and the shielding layer. The cable (500) includes multiple numbers of single insulated conductor core to form a multi-core cable (400). A certain number of the multiple numbers can be loaded together to form as a group by a wrapping layer (260) with a screen material in tape form and or a binder tape. An inner jacketing (225) is provided around the outside of the wrapping layer (260). A shielding layer (230) (232) and or an reinforcement layer (250) being provided in between the inner jacketing (225) and the outer jacketing (240).
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness that includes an electric wire; a metal braid that covers an outer periphery of the electric wire along a direction of extension of the electric wire; and a metal pipe penetrated both by the electric wire and the metal braid. In addition, a length of the metal braid in the direction of extension of the electric wire can be longer than a length of the metal pipe in the direction of extension of the electric wire.
