LAYERED STRUCTURES
Disclosed are layered structures that include a polymeric layer and a varnish layer in contact with the polymeric layer, wires including the layered structures, and methods of making the layered structures. The polymeric layer includes a poly(ether ether ketone)(PEEK) and a poly(aryl ether sulfone) (PAES) and surprisingly exhibits markedly improved adhesion to the varnish layer without significant reduction in crystallization temperature of the polymeric layer.

A gas-insulated electric apparatus includes: a sealed container made of metal; a high-voltage conductor, housed within the sealed container, that receives voltage; an insulating support member that insulates the high-voltage conductor from the sealed container and support the high-voltage conductor to the sealed container; and a nonlinear-resistance film covering at least a portion of an inner surface of the sealed container, the portion being on a lower side of the inner surface with respect to the high-voltage conductor. The nonlinear-resistance film is formed by particles of a nonlinear-resistance material and an insulating material, and the particles of the nonlinear-resistance material are dispersed in the insulating material. The particles of the nonlinear-resistance material are placed in the insulating material such that one or more of the particles of the nonlinear-resistance material is in constant contact with a conductive foreign object trapped inside the sealed container.

An insulating film includes: a resin consisting of a polyimide, a polyamide-imide, or a mixture thereof; and α-alumina single crystal particles having an average particle diameter in a range of 0.3 μm or more and 1.5 μm or less, in which an amount of the α-alumina single crystal particles is in a range of 8% by volume or more and 80% by volume or less. An insulated conductor includes: a conductor; and an insulating film provided on a surface of the conductor, in which the insulating film consists of the insulating film. A metal base substrate includes a metal substrate, an insulating film, and a metal foil which are laminated in this order, in which the insulating film consists of the insulating film.

An insulating film includes: a resin consisting of a polyimide, a polyamide-imide, or a mixture thereof; and α-alumina single crystal particles having an average particle diameter in a range of 0.3 μm or more and 1.5 μm or less, in which an amount of the α-alumina single crystal particles is in a range of 8% by volume or more and 80% by volume or less. An insulated conductor includes: a conductor; and an insulating film provided on a surface of the conductor, in which the insulating film consists of the insulating film. A metal base substrate includes a metal substrate, an insulating film, and a metal foil which are laminated in this order, in which the insulating film consists of the insulating film.
Insulated housing having a cylindrical structure
An insulated housing, in a cylindrical structure, includes an inner metal layer, an insulating layer and an outer metal coating. The insulating layer is positioned between the inner metal layer and the outer metal coating. In any end of the cylindrical structure, both a distance from the end of the inner metal layer to the end of the cylindrical structure and a distance from the end of the outer metal coating to the end of the cylindrical structure are not equal to zero, and the distance from the end of the inner metal layer to the end of the cylindrical structure is larger than the distance from an end of the outer metal coating to the end of the cylindrical structure. The inner metal layer is composed of one first metal cylinder and two second metal cylinders respectively disposed on the both ends of the first metal cylinder.

An insulated housing, in a cylindrical structure, includes an inner metal layer, an insulating layer and an outer metal coating. The insulating layer is positioned between the inner metal layer and the outer metal coating. The method comprises: a tape production step of producing a main insulation tape by using a nanoparticle-containing joining macromolecular polymer; a taping step of winding a main insulation tape on outside of the to-be-insulated object to form a main insulated part; a vacuum drawing step, which is performed after the taping step, of vacuum drawing the tape-wound to-be-insulated object; and an impregnation step, which is performed after the vacuum drawing step, of injecting a impregnating macromolecular polymer to impregnate the main insulated part therewith.
