When the handle is in the use position, the handle extends away from the front end of the frame and when the handle is in the storage position the handle extends toward the front end of the frame.

A mulch kit control lever includes a handle pivotably mounted to a support plate with a tension spring connecting the handle to the support plate and urging the handle to pivot to either a mulching position or a side discharge position relative to the support plate. The tension spring is connected before the mulch kit control lever is installed on the mower deck. A retainer slides in a slot in one of the support plate and the handle preventing over-travel of the handle past the mulching position and the side discharge position.

Because of the structure mate relationship between the operating arm and the cylindrical gripping portion, the operator feels more comfortable during the transporting process, the volume of lawncare apparatus during transporting is reduced and the convenience of transporting is improved.

A method for dynamically operating a header float system of an agricultural vehicle having a header movably mounted to a frame by an actuator and a flotation adjustment system that relies on ground-contact force measurement. The method includes: determining an initial zero value load sensor output signal representative of an initial position of the header raised out of contact with the ground surface, calibrating the sensor with the initial zero value, operating the header to process a crop material, detecting a subsequent position of the header out of contact with the ground surface, determining a subsequent zero value representative of the subsequent position of the header, and re-calibrating the sensor with the subsequent zero value. Also, an agricultural vehicle having a header operated as described above.

The disclosure provides a mower system, a method for setting the rotating speed of a cutter and a mower system management method. The system comprises: a vehicle control unit for controlling the mower to operate; a walking unit for receiving a control signal of the vehicle control unit to control the walking of the mower and perform state feedback to the vehicle control unit; a cutter unit for receiving a control signal sent by the vehicle control unit to control the cutter to run and carrying out state feedback to the vehicle control unit; and a battery management system for performing state feedback on the working state of the battery to the vehicle control unit. The cutter rotating speed can be adjusted instantly according to the vehicle speed, and when the cutter motor enters limit state, the speed can be limited.
