Air conditioner
Provided is an air conditioner capable of preventing a soldering defect when a circuit element is installed on a circuit board. The air conditioner includes a circuit board configured to form a circuit, a choke coil installed on the circuit board and having a wire wound around on a core, and a support device installed at a lower side of the choke coil to support the choke coil, and provided with a through-hole allowing the wire to pass therethrough, wherein the support device includes a support portion that protrudes from a lower surface of the support device to support the choke coil installed on the circuit board at an interval from the circuit board, the support portion disposed to be spaced apart from the through-hole in a direction away from an outer edge of the support device.
Air conditioner
Provided is an air conditioner capable of preventing a soldering defect when a circuit element is installed on a circuit board. Inductor
An inductor includes a magnetic base body including soft magnetic metal particles containing iron, first and second external electrodes provided on the magnetic base body, and an internal conductor provided in the magnetic base body, with one end thereof electrically connected to the first external electrode and the other end thereof electrically connected to the second external electrode, the internal conductor extending linearly from the first external electrode to the second external electrode in plan view. The magnetic base body is configured so that a peak intensity ratio is 2 or more between a peak intensity of a first peak and a peak intensity of a second peak in a Raman spectrum obtained by using an excitation laser with a wavelength of 488 nm. The first peak is around a wave number of 712 cm.sup.−1, and the second peak is around a wave number of 1320 cm.sup.−1.
FERRITE CORE
A ferrite core 10 includes a through hole 11 in which a wire 40 is arranged, and a holding portion 60 provided to hold the wire 40 in this through hole 11. The holding portion 60 may include a plurality of projections 61, 62 projecting from the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 11. Further, the plurality of projections 61, 62 are arranged at an interval in a length direction of the through hole 11 and at positions different in a circumferential direction of the through hole 11.
Inductor devices and stacked power supply topologies
According to one configuration, an inductor device comprises core material and at least a first electrically conductive path. The core material is fabricated from magnetically permeable material. The first electrically conductive path extends axially through the core material from a proximal end of the inductor device to a distal end of the inductor device. The core material is operable to confine first magnetic flux generated from first current flowing through the first electrically conductive path. The inductor device further includes a gap in the core material. The gap (gas or solid material) has a different magnetic permeability than the core material. Inclusion of the gap in the core material provides a way to tune an inductance of the inductor device and increase a magnetic saturation level of the inductor device. The core material includes any number of electrically conductive paths and corresponding gaps.
Compound line filter
A compound line filter includes a bobbin, two coils and a magnetic core. The coils are wound on the bobbin in a state of being separated from each other in an axial direction. The magnetic core includes a closed magnetic path part and a secondary magnetic path part. The bobbin is attached to the closed magnetic path part. The secondary magnetic path part extends from the closed magnetic path part in a direction intersecting with the axial direction and is positioned between the coils in the axial direction. The bobbin includes at least one gear, and the gear is positioned between the coils in the axial direction.
NOISE FILTER
There is provided a noise filter. A noise filter according to the present disclosure includes: a non-divided type magnetic core in which a through-hole having a first opening and a second opening at respective ends of the through-hole is formed; a conductive coupling terminal including a first connection portion and a second connection portion at respective ends of the conductive coupling terminal, the first connection portion and the second connection portion being connectable to busbars, the conductive coupling terminal being disposed inside the through-hole; and a holding portion that holds the coupling terminal disposed inside the through-hole. The coupling terminal is held to the magnetic core by the holding portion in a state where the first connection portion faces the first opening from inside of the through-hole and the second connection portion faces the second opening from inside of the through-hole.
NOISE FILTER
There is provided a noise filter. A noise filter according to the present disclosure includes: a non-divided type magnetic core in which a through-hole having a first opening and a second opening at respective ends of the through-hole is formed; a conductive coupling terminal including a first connection portion and a second connection portion at respective ends of the conductive coupling terminal, the first connection portion and the second connection portion being connectable to busbars, the conductive coupling terminal being disposed inside the through-hole; and a holding portion that holds the coupling terminal disposed inside the through-hole. The coupling terminal is held to the magnetic core by the holding portion in a state where the first connection portion faces the first opening from inside of the through-hole and the second connection portion faces the second opening from inside of the through-hole.
Choke arrangement and receptacle for the choke arrangement
The invention, which relates to a choke arrangement (1) for application in an EMC filter, has as its objective specifying a choke arrangement (1) that is mechanically robust and that enables improved insulation of the windings (4, 5). The objective is attained by disposing about the toroidal core (10) a two-part enclosure (15) and by disposing an insulation web (19) in the two-part enclosure (15).
Choke arrangement and receptacle for the choke arrangement
The invention, which relates to a choke arrangement (1) for application in an EMC filter, has as its objective specifying a choke arrangement (1) that is mechanically robust and that enables improved insulation of the windings (4, 5). The objective is attained by disposing about the toroidal core (10) a two-part enclosure (15) and by disposing an insulation web (19) in the two-part enclosure (15).
