Transformer iron core
The present invention relates to a transformer iron core. The present invention comprises: an upper yoke (50); a lower yoke (51) extending in parallel with the upper yoke (50); and an end leg (60) which is installed between the upper yoke (50) and the lower yoke (51), which extends perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the upper yoke (50) and the lower yoke (51), and which is coupled to the upper yoke (50) and to the lower yoke (51). The upper yoke (50) and the lower yoke (51) are made by laminating multiple yoke steel plates (50′). The end leg (60) is also made by laminating multiple leg steel plates (60′). The upper yoke (50) and the lower yoke (51) have leg coupling portions (52) on both ends thereof. The end leg (60) has yoke coupling portions (62) coupled to the leg coupling portions (52).
Coil component and coil device
A coil component 100 includes a first coil element 111 and a second coil element 112 each formed in an angular-tubular shape and disposed in parallel by winding and laminating a single flat wire 101 in one direction with edgewise-winding between one end portion 101A and another end portion 101B and bending the wound and laminated coil into two, and includes an interconnection part 113 for connecting the both elements. The interconnection part 113 includes a coil element winding end portion side raised part 123A, a coil element winding start portion side raised part 123B, and an intermediate part 123C extended between the two raised parts 123A and 123B.
Coil component
A coil component includes a mold portion having a first surface and the second surface opposing each other, a winding coil disposed in the second surface of the mold portion, a cover portion disposed on the mold portion and the winding coil, and accommodating grooves on the first surface of the mold portion to be spaced apart from each other, and in which both ends of the winding coil are disposed, the accommodating grooves extend from one side of the mold portion in a width direction, and a minimum distance from the accommodating grooves to the second surface of the mold portion increases or decreased in the width direction.
Transformer and assembling method thereof
A transformer comprises at least two windings and each of the at least two windings includes at least one lead-out wire, and a silicone rubber heat-shrinkable sleeve is wrapped around the outer surface of the lead-out wire. The at least two windings and a portion of the silicone rubber heat-shrinkable sleeve are encapsulated in a potting box with a first potting sealant, and another portion of the silicone rubber heat-shrinkable sleeve is exposed outside of the potting box.

A combined transformer/inductor device includes a core having a central core leg and an outer core leg spaced apart from the central core leg, an inner bobbin disposed around the central core leg, an outer bobbin disposed around the inner bobbin and the central core leg and having an upper portion having a first oblong portion disposed around the outer core leg, a lower portion having a second oblong portion disposed around the outer core leg, and a central portion disposed around the inner bobbin and the central core leg, a first winding wound around the inner bobbin, and a second winding wound around the outer bobbin, the second winding having a first portion wound around the first oblong portion, a second portion wound around the central portion, and a third portion wound around the second oblong portion.
Coil component
A coil component includes a support substrate, a first coil and a second coil disposed on the support substrate to be spaced apart from each other, and a body including a first core and a second core penetrating through the first coil portion and the second coil portion and spaced apart from each other. The first coil portion has a first winding portion, forming at least one turn about the first core, and a first extension portion extending from one end portion of the first winding portion to surround the first core and the second core. The second coil has a second winding portion, forming at least one turn about the second core, and a second extension portion extending from one end portion of the second winding portion to surround the first core and the second core. A separation distance between a given turn of the first coil portion and an adjacent turn of the second coil portion is different from a separation distance between adjacent turns of the first coil portion.

A magnetic core according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a first magnetic core having pure iron or an Fe-based alloy and a second magnetic core disposed to surround at least a part of an outer circumferential surface of the first magnetic core and including ferrite.
