Object detection apparatus, power transmission apparatus, and power transmission system
An object detection apparatus includes a sensor module including a sensor, and a controller that controls the sensor and generates output information, based on a signal that the sensor outputs; and a detector that determines presence or absence of the object, based on the output information. The detector executes a reference object detection process of detecting a reference object existing at a predetermined position within the detection range, by comparing the output information and predetermined reference information, and, when the reference object is detected, executes a correction process of correcting at least one of the output information or a parameter for the sensor, based on the reference information and reference object information that is information indicative of the reference object in the output information.

Transformer assembly with medium frequency transformers
Transformer assembly including a first transformer stage having a plurality of first-stage transformer cells; and a second transformer stage. An input of the second transformer stage is connected to an output of the first transformer stage. A lightning impulse breakdown voltage of a transformer cell of the second stage is at least double of a lightning impulse breakdown voltage of transformer cells of the first stage.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR BREATHER HEALTH ASSESSMENT FOR A TRANSFORMER BREATHER
Techniques for assessing a health of a transformer breather are provided. The transformer breather contains a desiccant and is in fluid communication with an expansion tank of a fluid-insulated transformer. A weight measurement that is dependent on a weight of the transformer breather or of a component or sub-assembly thereof is processed to assess the health of the transformer breather.
External charger for an implantable medical device for adjusting charging power based on determined position using at least one sense coil
A charging system for an Implantable Medical Device (IMD) is disclosed having a charging coil and one or more sense coils preferably housed in a charging coil assembly coupled to an electronics module by a cable. The charging coil is preferably a wire winding, while the sense coils are preferably formed in one or more traces of a circuit board. One or more voltages induced on the one or more sense coils can be used to determine one or more parameters (magnitude, phase angle, resonant frequency) indicative of the position between the charging coil and the IMD, which position may include the radial offset and possibly also the depth of the charging coil relative to the IMD. Knowing the position, the power of the magnetic field produced by the charging coil can be adjusted to compensate for the position.
Dry-Type Transformer with Elliptical Iron Core
The present disclosure discloses a dry-type transformer with an elliptical iron core, comprising a transformer housing, a heat dissipation mechanism, an elliptical iron core, a coil, a clamping mechanism and an upper cover, the heat dissipation mechanism being arranged in a horizontal direction and fixedly assembled with the transformer housing, one end, away from the transformer housing, of the heat dissipation mechanism being in contact with ground, the elliptical iron core being arranged in a vertical direction inside the transformer housing, the coil being wound on the elliptical iron core, the clamping mechanism being sheathed on one side, away from the elliptical iron core, of the coil, the upper cover being arranged at a top end of the transformer housing, and the upper cover being fixedly assembled with the transformer housing via a bolt structure. The present disclosure uses an iron core with an elliptical cross section, wherein three-phase iron cores are arranged in a regular triangle shape and are respectively located at each midpoint position of edges of the triangle, and a winding manner of coil adjacent to the iron core is also different. In addition, a clamping mechanism is provided in the present disclosure, so that it is possible to implement a remedy for re-detachment of the coil during clamping, thereby extending a service life of the dry-type transformer.
