PERMANENT MAGNET DRIVE ON-LOAD TAP-CHANGING SWITCH
A permanent magnet drive on-load tap-changing switch including a changing switch circuit and a high-speed mechanism. The circuit includes structurally identical odd and even-numbered tap-changing switch circuits. The mechanism includes a traveling mechanism used for bearing a moving contactor, a moving magnet group connected with the traveling mechanism, and a fixed magnet group producing an attracting/repelling force with respect to the moving magnet group. The moving magnet group includes a first and second permanent magnet connected at homonymic magnetic poles. An exposed homonymic magnetic pole of the first and the second permanent magnet face directly the fixed magnet group. The fixed magnet group includes a rotating permanent magnet that rotates to change a force applied to the moving magnet group, allowing the moving contactors to either come into contact with or be separated from working contactors and dual-contact synchronous transition contactors.
System and method for optimizing wind turbine operation
System and methods for optimizing operation of a wind turbine are disclosed. In one aspect, the method also includes determining, via a converter controller of a power converter, a tap position of a tap changer configured between the power grid and a primary winding of a transformer. Another step includes calculating, via the converter controller, a primary voltage of the primary winding as a function of the tap position. The method also includes implementing, via the converter controller, a control action if the primary voltage or a measured secondary voltage of a secondary winding of the transformer is outside of a predetermined voltage range.
PRESELECTOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY FOR A VARIABLE TRANSFORMER
The invention relates to a switch assembly (1), in particular a preselector, for a variable transformer (4) having a first winding (2) and a second winding (3) with a first and a second tap (3.3, 3.4), said switch assembly comprising: a first connection terminal (2.1) that can be connected to the first winding (2); a second connection terminal (3.1) that can be connected to the first tap (3.3); a third connection terminal (3.2) that can be connected to the second tap (3.4); a first, second, third and fourth fixed contact (5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4); a vacuum interrupter (6); a first moving contact (7) that can be contacted selectively with the first or second fixed contact (5.1, 5.2); a second moving contact (8) that can be contacted selectively with the third or fourth fixed contact (5.3, 5.4), wherein the second and the fourth fixed contact (5.2, 5.4) are connected to the second connection terminal (3.1), the first and the third fixed contact (5.1, 5.3) are connected to the third connection terminal (32), the first moving contact (7) is connected to the first connection terminal (2.1) via the vacuum interrupter (6), and the second moving contact (8) is connected to the first connection terminal (2.1).
PRESELECTOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY FOR A VARIABLE TRANSFORMER

External on-load tap changer
Disclosed is a suspensible external combined on-load tap changer, including: a switch box, a switch body and a motor mechanism, a top box wall of the switch box being opened with a top opening, a top box cover being mounted on the top opening, wherein the switch body is detachably mounted in the switch box and is entirely lifted in and lifted out by the top opening; and the motor mechanism is connected with the switch body in a driving manner. The switch body in the present invention uses a hoisting structure, and the top box wall of the switch box is opened with a top opening with a size large enough, so that the switch body is directly lifted in and lifted out of the switch box from the top opening, and installation and maintenance are easier.
External on-load tap changer

A switching arrangement (1), in particular a polarity switching means, for a control transformer (10) which comprises a first winding (2) for a phase of an AC power supply system, which phase is to be controlled, comprises—a first connection terminal (1.1) which can be connected to the winding (2);—a second connection terminal (1.2) which can be connected to a discharge line (3);—a vacuum interrupter (4);—an isolator (5);—a resistor (6) which is connected in series with the vacuum interrupter (4) and the isolator (5); wherein—the first connection terminal (1.1) is connected to the second connection terminal (1.2) by means of the series circuit.
ON-LOAD VOLTAGE REGULATION TAP SWITCH FOR TRANSFORMER AND SWITCH CONTROL METHOD
Disclosed is an on-load voltage regulation tap switch for a transformer, comprising a main switch group, a switch contact protection branch and a switch control circuit, wherein the main switch group comprises a plurality of switch contacts, one end of the switch group is connected to a corresponding transformer winding tap, and the other end of the switch group is connected in parallel and is then connected to a power source; the switch contact protection branch is a series circuit formed by a plurality of groups of diodes and auxiliary switch contacts, and is respectively connected to both ends of a corresponding main switch in parallel; and the switch control circuit is composed of a power source, a single chip microcomputer and a peripheral circuit, and controls all of the main switches and auxiliary switches to act in a certain time sequence to complete the switching of the transformer windings.
On-load tap changer for dry transformers and dry transformer
An on-load tap-changer for dry transformers, having an electric insulating hollow casing extending around a virtual axis, wherein several electric contact sections are foreseen along a path on the inner surface of the hollow casing, which are electrically joined through the wall of the hollow casing and a selector contact in the inner of the cylinder which is moveable along the path and that's outer end is selectively connectable with one of the contact sections by a respective movement. Respective cables are foreseen to electrically connect the contact sections from the radial outer side of the hollow casing, wherein at least some of the cables have a respective surrounding outer insulation at least at their respective connected end.
On-load tap changer
An on-load tap changer for uninterrupted switching between different winding taps of a tapped transformer has a plurality of fixed selector contacts electrically connected with the individual winding taps, arranged in a line, and actuatable by two longitudinally displaceable movable selector contacts. Two vacuum interrupters serve for the uninterrupted switching of each phase. A motor drive actuates the on-load tap changer. The entire load changeover switch is arranged by a transmission module on the underside of a transformer cover.
