Wet Electrolytic Capacitor
A wet electrolytic capacitor that contains a casing that contains a sidewall extending to an upper end to define an opening is provided. The sidewall further defines an inner surface that surrounds an interior. At least one anode and at least one cathode are positioned within the interior of the casing, wherein the cathode contains an electrochemically-active material and further wherein an anode lead extends from the anode. A working electrolyte is in electrical contact with the anode and the electrochemically-active material. The capacitor also comprises a lid assembly that contains a lid positioned on an upper end of the casing sidewall, wherein the lid defines an orifice through which a tube extends. The tube accommodates the anode lead that extends from the anode. A dielectric layer is formed on a surface of the tube.

A tantalum capacitor includes: first and second surfaces facing in a first direction, third and fourth surfaces facing in a second direction, and fifth and sixth surfaces facing in a third direction; a tantalum body having one surface through which a tantalum wire is exposed in the first direction; and a substrate on which the tantalum body is mounted, wherein the substrate may be an organic-inorganic composite substrate.

A solid electrolytic capacitor that includes a capacitor element including an anode portion having a metal layer, a dielectric layer, and a cathode portion having a solid electrolyte layer and a current collector layer; a leading conductor layer; an insulating resin body covering the capacitor element and the leading conductor layer, the insulating resin body having a first end surface and a second end surface opposite to each other; a first external electrode; and a second external electrode. The first external electrode has at least one plating layer on the first end surface, and is connected to the leading conductor layer at the first end surface. The second external electrode has at least one plating layer on the second end surface, and is connected to the metal layer at the second end surface.
SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR
A solid electrolytic capacitor that includes a plurality of capacitor elements each including an anode portion, a dielectric layer, and a cathode portion having a solid electrolyte layer and a current collector layer; a leading conductor layer; an insulating resin body; a first external electrode; and a second external electrode. The plurality of capacitor elements are stacked in layers, with mutually adjacent capacitor elements having their respective current collector layers connected to each other. The current collector layer of only the capacitor element adjacent to the leading conductor layer is connected to the leading conductor layer. The first external electrode is connected to the leading conductor layer at the first end surface.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CAPACITOR ASSEMBLY PACKAGE STRUCTURE
A method of manufacturing a capacitor assembly package structure includes providing a capacitor unit and a conductive connection layer, in which the capacitor unit includes a plurality of capacitors, and each of the capacitors includes a positive portion and a negative portion electrically connected to the conductive connection layer; partially enclosing the capacitors by an insulative package body, in which the positive portion of each of the capacitors has a positive lateral surface exposed from a first lateral surface of the insulative package body; and then enclosing a first portion of the insulative package body and electrically connecting to the positive portion of each of the capacitors by a first electrode structure, and enclosing a second portion of the insulative package body and electrically connecting to the conductive connection layer by a second electrode structure.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CAPACITOR ASSEMBLY PACKAGE STRUCTURE
A method of manufacturing a capacitor assembly package structure includes providing a capacitor unit and a conductive connection layer, in which the capacitor unit includes a plurality of capacitors, and each of the capacitors includes a positive portion and a negative portion electrically connected to the conductive connection layer; partially enclosing the capacitors by an insulative package body, in which the positive portion of each of the capacitors has a positive lateral surface exposed from a first lateral surface of the insulative package body; and then enclosing a first portion of the insulative package body and electrically connecting to the positive portion of each of the capacitors by a first electrode structure, and enclosing a second portion of the insulative package body and electrically connecting to the conductive connection layer by a second electrode structure.
ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR
Provided is an electrolytic capacitor with a resin layer, in which an increase in ESR over time is suppressed. An electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element including an anode foil, a cathode foil, and electrolytic solution, a case housing the capacitor element, a sealing member sealing the case, and a resin layer arranged in the vicinity of the sealing member. The resin layer arranged in the vicinity of the sealing member includes epoxy resin composition including ester bond. On the other hand, for the electrolytic solution contained in the electrolytic capacitor, compound with hydroxy group is 45 wt % or less including 0 wt % in solvent.

A solid state hard disk casing, including: an upper casing and a lower casing fastened to each other, wherein a first lower recess is provided on a side of an inner surface of the lower casing close to one long edge of the lower casing, to accommodate a first portion of one or multiple electrolytic capacitors; a first upper recess is provided on a side of an inner surface of the upper casing close to one long edge of the upper casing, and the first upper recess is opposite to the first lower recess, to accommodate a second portion of the electrolytic capacitor placed in the first lower recess; and a side of the inner surface of the lower casing close to the other long edge of the lower casing is configured to fix a circuit board connected to the electrolytic capacitor.

A solid state hard disk casing, including: an upper casing and a lower casing fastened to each other, wherein a first lower recess is provided on a side of an inner surface of the lower casing close to one long edge of the lower casing, to accommodate a first portion of one or multiple electrolytic capacitors; a first upper recess is provided on a side of an inner surface of the upper casing close to one long edge of the upper casing, and the first upper recess is opposite to the first lower recess, to accommodate a second portion of the electrolytic capacitor placed in the first lower recess; and a side of the inner surface of the lower casing close to the other long edge of the lower casing is configured to fix a circuit board connected to the electrolytic capacitor.
