SWITCH DEVICE
A switch device includes two fixed contacts and a movable contact of which position is changed when an operation unit is operated to selectively contact the fixed contacts. The switch device also includes a snap action mechanism that switches a contact state of the movable contact with the fixed contacts by deforming a spring portion in accordance with an operation amount of the operation unit. The switch device also includes a control unit that determines an operation state of the operation unit based on a detection signal received from the fixed contacts and the movable contact.
Contact device and electromagnetic relay
A contact device according to an embodiment includes: a fixed contact assembly including a first fixed contact and a second fixed contact; and a moving contact assembly including a first moving contact and a second moving contact. The moving contact assembly includes: a first moving member; and a second moving member. The second moving member is arranged, in a first direction, between the first moving member and the fixed contact assembly and fixed to the first moving member at one end in a second direction intersecting with the first direction. The first moving contact and the second moving contact move as the first moving member moves. A first distance from the one end in the second direction to the first moving contact is longer than a second distance from the one end in the second direction to the second moving contact.
SENSOR SWITCH
A sensor switch includes a ceramic body, first and second conductive units and a conductive member. The ceramic body includes intermediate, bottom and top layer assemblies cooperatively defining a chamber. The intermediate layer assembly has an intermediate layer inner peripheral surface. The first conductive unit has a first conductive layer covering the intermediate layer inner peripheral surface. The second conductive unit has a second conductive layer protruding from the bottom layer top surface and spaced apart from the first conductive layer. The conductive member is rollably disposed in the chamber and is limited by the second conductive layer for forming a current path with the first and second conductive layers.
The bottom layer assembly has a bottom groove communicating with the chamber. The first conductive unit has a first conductive layer covering the intermediate layer inner peripheral surface. The second conductive unit has at least one second conductive layer disposed in the bottom groove. The conductive member is rollably disposed in the chamber for forming a current path with the first and second conductive layers.
SWITCH UNIT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SWITCH SUBSTRATE
A switch unit includes a substrate, which includes a hard layer and a soft layer; a first contact point above the soft layer; a second contact point around the first contact point; a conduction spring member which is elastically deformable into contact with the first contact point to make a conduction between the first contact point and the second contact point; a first external electrode; a first through-hole electrode which is electrically connected to the first contact point; and a first wiring pattern, which is electrically connected to the first external electrode and the first through-hole electrode.
BREAKER AND SAFETY CIRCUIT PROVIDED WITH SAME
The breaker 1 is provided with a fixed contact 20, a movable piece 4 extending in a first direction (D1), a thermally actuated element 5, a case 7 accommodating the movable piece 4 and the thermally actuated element 5, and a terminal piece 2 which partially protrudes outside the case 7 and is to be electrically connected with an external circuit. The terminal piece 2 has a first portion 21 and a second portions 22 having different heights from a bottom surface of the case 7, a first bent portion (23a) bent in a first bending direction, and a second bent portion (23b) bent in a second bending direction opposite to the first bending direction. The first bent portion (23a) and the second bent portion (23b) extend in parallel with the first direction (D1).
Surface-Mount Thin-Film Fuse Having Compliant Terminals
A surface-mountable thin-film fuse component is disclosed that may include a substrate having a top surface, a first end, and a second end that is spaced apart from the first end in a longitudinal direction. The thin-film component may include a fuse layer formed over the top surface of the substrate. The fuse layer may include a thin-film fuse track. An external terminal may be disposed along the first end of the substrate and electrically connected with the thin-film fuse track. The external terminal may include a compliant layer comprising a conductive polymeric composition.
TEMPERATURE-DEPENDENT SWITCH
A temperature-dependent switch includes a housing with a top face and an outer face that runs transversely to the top face. The switch includes a first outer contact area that is arranged on the top face. The switch includes a second outer contact area that is arranged at the housing. The switch includes a temperature-dependent switching mechanism that is arranged in the housing and configured to establish or open an electrically conductive connection between the first and the second outer contact area depending on a temperature of the switching mechanism. The housing is disposed in a metal mounting cap that includes a wall. An upper rim of the wall protrudes beyond the top face of the housing. An inner side of the wall bears at least partially against the outer face of the housing.
Switch mounting device and push switch
A switch mounting device comprises: a resin seat having an upper surface and a lower surface; a switch mounted on the upper surface of the seat; and terminal members fixed to the lower surface. The seat has claw parts on the lower surface thereof. The switch has a main body part, which is operated by pressing in the X direction, and connection terminals extending downward from this main body part. With connection terminals led out to the lower surface of the seat, the connection terminals are electrically connected to the terminal members. The terminal members are fixed to the seat by the claw parts by way of being slid along the lower surface of the seat.
Electronic device
An electronic device where molten solder does not come into contact with a sealant so as not to destroy a sealing function. An electronic device is provided with: an insulating base mounted on a printed circuit board; a common planar terminal provided so as to extend from an outer side surface to a bottom surface edge of the insulating base, and cause electrical continuity between the outer side surface and the bottom surface edge of the insulating base; a cover fitted to the insulating base and covering the common planar terminal; and a sealant sealing a gap between the outer side surface of the insulating base and an inner circumferential surface of the cover. A solder pool is formed in a position surrounded by the printed circuit board and the common planar terminal at the bottom surface edge of the insulating base.
