Modular structure for safety switches for access control
A modular structure for safety switches for controlling access for machines and industrial plants comprises a casing (2) housing switching means for controlling one or more circuits of the machine or plant, drive means adapted to interact with the switching means upon the opening/closing of the access, an auxiliary module (3-3.sup.v) housing at least one control (4.sup.i-4.sup.v) adapted to be manually operated to operate on the switching means and/or the drive means and comprising a box hollow body (5) having at least one opening (6) for inserting the control (4.sup.i-4.sup.v) provided with first means for removably connecting the control (4.sup.i-4.sup.v), the latter being selected within a series of controls (4.sup.i-4.sup.v) having functions different from each other and each provided with a fastening rod (7.sup.i-7.sup.v) adapted to be inserted in the opening (6) of the box body (5) and provided with second connecting means complementary to the first connecting means.
SWITCH DEVICE WITH WELDING PROTECTIVE PLATE
A switch device includes at least one switch module and at least one welding protective plate. The switch module includes an enclosure for receiving a plurality of control terminals and a driving member therein. The control terminals respectively have an end projected from an end or a rear side of the enclosure. The driving member is controllable to change an electrically connected or disconnected state between the control terminals. The welding protective plate is provided on the enclosure at the end from where the control terminals are projected. The projected control terminals further extend through the welding protective plate to be welded to a circuit board. The welding protective plate can withstand a high temperature and is located between the switch module and the circuit board to form a thermal insulation and protection mechanism, protecting the switch module from external deformation and inner damage by the high temperature during welding.
Push-button switch assembly with identification of switching states
A push-button switch assembly with identification of switching states includes: a push-button switch having an actuating head for actuating the push-button switch and having a push-button guide; and an adapter device for attaching the push-button switch to a housing body. The adapter device fastens the push-button switch in a bore of the housing body. The adapter device compensates for a different diameter of the bore of the housing body and the push-button guide. The push-button guide has a plunger which is arranged in a hollow body of the push-button guide and movable in the hollow body of the push-button guide when the actuating head is actuated. By actuating the actuating head, the push-button switch is switchable from a non-released state to a released state. The push-button switch is arranged such that a region thereof visibly protrudes from under the actuating head when the push-button switch is in the non-released state.
Operation switch unit, remote operation terminal and operation system
The emergency stop switch unit 2 as an operation switch unit includes a direct operation part 20A and an alternative operation part 20B. The direct operation part 20A has an emergency stop button 21 adapted to be directly operated. The alternative operation part 20B is adapted to be linked with the direct operation part 20A and alternatively operates the emergency stop button 21 in place of the direct operation part 20A. The alternative operation part 20B has a reception part 32 that detects a remote operation of the emergency stop button 21 and an electromagnetic solenoid 3 that actuates the emergency stop button 21 on the basis of the remote operation detected by the reception part 32.
SWITCH DEVICE STRUCTURE
A switch device structure includes an assembly of a main body and an operation body. An electrical connection module and an elastic unit are mounted on the main body. The contact arm of the electrical connection module has a first member and/or a second member with variable arrangement position. According to the position or motion of the operation body, the elastic unit provides an elastic force to push the contact arm of the electrical connection module into a contacting circuit closed state or make the elastic unit separate from the contact arm to form a circuit open state. The arrangement form of the first member and/or the second member of the contact arm of the electrical connection module is variable in accordance with the specification of the switch to achieve NO mode and NC mode.
Push-button switch assembly with means for indicating a switch status
A push-button switch assembly with means for indicating a switch status includes: an actuation head for actuating the push-button switch assembly, the actuation head having a disc-shaped upper part and a tubular lower part; a sleeve-type push-button guide which is coupled to the actuation head such that, in relation to a longitudinal axis of the push-button switch assembly, the upper part is arranged above the push-button guide and the lower part surrounds the push-button guide; a sleeve-type locking unit for determining a switch status of the push-button switch assembly, the sleeve-type locking unit being arranged within the push-button guide in relation to the longitudinal axis and being transferrable between a first and a second locking state by the actuation head, the locking unit having a plunger sleeve and an annular detent catch coupled to the plunger sleeve, which delimit a central through-opening through the locking unit.
