20170316892 · 2017-11-02 · ·

A transfer assembly is for a switching assembly of an electrical enclosure. The switching assembly includes an electrical switching apparatus having an operating handle structured to move from an OFF position to an ON position. The transfer assembly includes a driving handle; a first shaft member coupled to the driving handle; a second shaft member structured to be coupled to the operating handle; and a transmission assembly having a first component and a second component, the first component being coupled to the first shaft member, the second component being coupled to the second shaft member. The transfer assembly is structured to move from a FIRST position to a SECOND position. When the transfer assembly moves from the FIRST position to the SECOND position, the first component drives the second component, thereby causing the second shaft member to move the operating handle from the OFF position to the ON position.

The present application provides a slim key structure, including a flexible carrying sheet body, a key cap, a circuit board, a base plate, and a positioning frame cover. The key cap is superimposed over the flexible carrying sheet body, the circuit board is disposed below the flexible carrying sheet body, and the positioning frame cover and the base plate sandwich the key cap, the flexible carrying sheet body, and the circuit board together from the top and the bottom. The key cap includes at least one first hook that protrudes downward, the base plate includes at least one second hook that protrudes upward, and the at least one second hook penetrates through the circuit board to be engaged with the at least one first hook of the key cap. The key cap is evenly carried on the flexible carrying sheet body, and a phenomenon that the key cap wobbles and is unstable would not occur.

Electronic push button for a motor vehicle door handle with activation pattern made up of studs

An electronic push button for a motor vehicle door handle, including an activation pattern supported by a membrane that is flexible in the direction of an electric switch carried by a printed circuit board, the activation pattern defining an activation surface that is pressed by an operator's finger in order to push the activation pattern in the direction of the electric switch. The activation pattern is made up of a set of studs that extend parallel to one another away from the electric switch, with the majority of the studs being spaced apart from one another, the set of studs discontinuously delimiting an outer contour of the activation surface of the electronic push button.

What is presented is a key module for a keyboard. The key module includes a first wing element and a second wing element for guiding a movement of the key module upon actuation. Each wing element includes a bar, a first arm and a second arm. The arms extend away from the bar. A mounting portion is formed on the bar. A first bearing portion for bearing the wing element is formed on the first arm. A second bearing portion for bearing the wing element is formed on the second arm. The first wing element and the second wing element are mechanically coupleable to each other. The key module also includes at least one spring element for providing a reset force upon actuation of the key module. The at least one spring element is mountable to the mounting portion of the first wing element and the mounting portion of the second wing element. The key module further includes a support element for supporting the wing elements. A plurality of accommodating portions for accommodating the bearing portions of the wing elements are formed in the support element.

Switching operating arrangement
09793076 · 2017-10-17 · ·

A switching operator control arrangement for a motor vehicle. A movable operating area interacts with a shifting device in such a way that the operating area can be moved in a substantially linear manner over at least one distance from a neutral position to an operating position. The operating position can be in the form of a switching position in such a way that the operating area has a switching action on a switching element, a sensor or the like in the switching position. The shifting device includes a rocking lever arrangement which can move in parallel.

Keyboard hinge mechanism

Embodiments described herein provide a low travel switch mechanism. The low travel switch mechanism may include a substrate, a dome coupled to the substrate, a keycap, and an integrated pivot component disposed between the keycap and the dome. The integrated pivot component may include a hinge assembly coupled to a light guide structure. The hinge assembly may secure to the substrate, via one or more hinge interconnects, joints, or interlock features to form a pivot point. When the keycap receives a keystroke, the integrated pivot component may be operative to pivot about the pivot point and contact the dome to cause a switching event or operation.

Key structure

A key structure includes a bottom plate, a keycap, a lifting mechanism, a thin-film switch layer and a backlight module. The bottom plate has a through hole. The lifting mechanism is pivotally connected to the bottom plate and the keycap. The thin-film switch layer has a reflective structure corresponding to the through hole. The backlight module includes a light source and a reflective layer. The light source is configured to emit light towards the reflective structure. The reflective layer is disposed surrounding the light source to reflect a reflected light from the reflective structure to the thin-film switch layer.
