Membrane switches configured to sense pressure applied from compliant and rigid objects

A pressure-activated membrane switch and methods of use are provided. The pressure-activated membrane switch includes a first electrically-conductive membrane, and a second electrically-conductive membrane. Contact between the first electrically-conductive membrane and the second electrically-conductive membrane is configured to cause an electrical circuit, of which the switch is a part, to close. The pressure-activated membrane switch further includes a plurality of spacers dispersed between the first electrically-conductive membrane and the second electrically-conductive membrane, and one or more columns positioned on an outer surface of the second electrically-conductive membrane. The plurality of spacers form one or more gaps between the first electrically-conductive membrane and the second electrically-conductive membrane, and the one or more columns are configured to pass through the one or more gaps when a pressure is applied to the one or more columns, which will cause the second electrically-conductive membrane to deform to contact the first electrically-conductive membrane.

The resistors are connected with the second pin and have different resistance values. The connecting conductors are arranged between the two pins. The first pin contacts with the movable conductor. The connecting conductors without disposal of any crossover part therebetween and respectively connected with the resistors. The connecting conductors are arranged at intervals along a displacement path of the movable conductor which contacted one connecting conductor before and after displacement and forming two conductive paths.

Stroke-limiting control assembly and operating method thereof

The present disclosure relates to the field of stroke-controlling mechanism, and discloses a stroke-limiting control assembly and an operating method. The stroke-limiting control assembly comprises a housing and a film winding. A transmission input gear, a transmission gear, a guide wheel, and a spring box that can be rotated to reset by an elastic force are rotatably connected within the housing. When a moving component moves to an end of an upper stroke, a first metal needle abuts a first proximity switch. When the movable component moves to an end of a lower stroke, a second metal needle abuts against a second proximity switch. At least a stroke-limiting control assembly is provided which enables simplification of a product requiring stroke-limiting, such as an electric jack or an electric support leg, by arranging the proximity switches outside a screw nut lifting unit in the electric jack or the electric support leg.

A blending device (100) is provided including a blade assembly (106) having a blade coupling structure, the blade coupling structure comprising a set of blade electrical connectors (128). The blending device also includes a blender base assembly (104) having a base coupling structure, the base coupling structure comprising a plurality of base electrical connector coupler sets (130A-130C). Each base electrical connector coupler set corresponds with a coupling position of the blade coupling structure and the base coupling structure. The blade assembly and the blender base assembly are electrically coupled in a closed configuration in which the set of blade electrical connectors is in contact with one of the plurality of base electrical connector coupler sets. A method of manufacturing the blending device is also provided.
