Snap-Action Switching Element With Opener or Closer Contact
20240321528 · 2024-09-26 ·

A snap-action switching element with normally closed contact comprises includes a contact arm movable between a rest position and a switching position, and an actuating member with which the contact arm can be moved between these positions. A rocker switch is arranged at one end so as to be rotatable and a tension spring is suspended at the other end of the rocker switch on a spring suspension section. The actuating member has a rocker bearing opening which is provided transversely to its direction of movement and into which engages a rocker bearing actuating section provided transversely to a main plane of the switching rocker. In the case of a normally open contact, the first contact point is then arranged at a distance.

A movable unit is to be provided in an interior of a switchover switch that includes a casing and a slider. The movable unit includes: a cam configured to be rotationally moved downward by a tip end portion of the cam being depressed in response to the slider being depressed; a retaining member configured to retain a movable contact member and support a rotational movement pivotal portion of a base end portion of the cam so as to be movable rotationally and slidable in an upward-downward direction; and a biasing member interposed between the cam and the retaining member and configured to bias the cam upward.

WELD RESISTANT CONTACTOR

In an electromagnetically controlled actuator of an electrical contactor, switching is done by the actuator with a set of fixed contacts and a set of movable contacts. The movable contacts are carried on a movable contact carrier. The movable contact carrier is coupled to and driven by an armature surrounded by a coil. The armature carries a coupling shaft, and the coupling shaft carries at least part of a bistable coupling mechanism which joins the armature to the movable contact carrier and allows the movable contact carrier and armature to keep the fixed and movable contacts separated when a short circuit current creates a contact welding situation.

ELECTRIC SWITCH

An electric switch comprising a mechanism module and a contact module, the contact module comprising a base element, a cover element, fixed contacts and a rotary roll for receiving moving contacts, the mechanism module comprising a base element, a cover element, a front pipeshaft for controlling the switch from front, an inner pipeshaft for controlling the switch from side end, the pipeshafts being engaged to each other by teeth to form a gear for transferring a moment from the front pipeshaft to the inner pipeshaft, a lever for transferring a moment to the roll, the lever arranged to receive the inner pipeshaft, the inner pipeshaft and the lever being rotatable engaged with each other, and main springs for giving a rotational moment for the lever and being connected of first ends to the base element and the mains springs being connected to the lever of their second ends.

Electrical enclosure, and switching assembly and transfer assembly therefor

A transfer assembly is for a switching assembly of an electrical enclosure. The switching assembly includes an electrical switching apparatus having an operating handle structured to move from an OFF position to an ON position. The transfer assembly includes a driving handle; a first shaft member coupled to the driving handle; a second shaft member structured to be coupled to the operating handle; and a transmission assembly having a first component and a second component, the first component being coupled to the first shaft member, the second component being coupled to the second shaft member. The transfer assembly is structured to move from a FIRST position to a SECOND position. When the transfer assembly moves from the FIRST position to the SECOND position, the first component drives the second component, thereby causing the second shaft member to move the operating handle from the OFF position to the ON position.

SNAP-ACTION DRIVE AND SWITCHING DEVICE HAVING A SNAP-ACTION DRIVE

A snap-action drive for a switching device has an energy store, a swinging movable part and a securing device for the movable part. The securing device secures a position of the swinging movable part by a force effect, wherein a reversal of direction of the movable part takes place counter to the force effect.
