ON-LOAD TAP CHANGER
An on-load tap changer of a resistor type includes a selector base plate; a selector mounted on the selector base plate; a diverter switch base plate; a diverter switch mounted on the diverter switch base plate and having a transition resistor; and a common drive shaft which is configured to actuate the selector and the diverter switch.
SWITCH UNIT
A switch unit for switching over an onload tap changer. The switch unit has an on-load tap changer with an actuating shaft that actuates a switch; and a drive system with a motor. The drive system is mechanically coupled to and configured to actuate the on-load tap changer. The drive system is configured such that, when the on-load tap changer is actuated, the drive system uses the actuating shaft as a store for kinetic energy in such a way that the actuating shaft is accelerated and the switch is actuated by the kinetic energy from the actuating shaft and additional energy provided by the motor.
Switching system with preselector
The invention relates to a switching arrangement (15) with a pre-selector (28) for a power transformer (10, 40) which has multiple windings (12, 14). The pre-selector is designed to optionally connect at least one first winding (12) to one of the two end contacts (30, 32) of at least one second winding (14). At least one first switch is arranged in the connection between the pre-selector (28) and the first winding (12), thereby allowing the pre-selector to be switched in an arc-free manner and thus in a gas-free manner as well.
On-load voltage regulation tap switch for transformer and switch control method
Disclosed is an on-load voltage regulation tap switch for a transformer, comprising a main switch group, a switch contact protection branch and a switch control circuit, wherein the main switch group comprises a plurality of switch contacts, one end of the switch group is connected to a corresponding transformer winding tap, and the other end of the switch group is connected in parallel and is then connected to a power source; the switch contact protection branch is a series circuit formed by a plurality of groups of diodes and auxiliary switch contacts, and is respectively connected to both ends of a corresponding main switch in parallel; and the switch control circuit is composed of a power source, a single chip microcomputer and a peripheral circuit, and controls all of the main switches and auxiliary switches to act in a certain time sequence to complete the switching of the transformer windings.
On-load tap changer
A load selector has a load changeover switch insert with a switching tube rotatable about an axis, at least one switching segment fastened to the switching tube, and at least two vacuum interrupters in the at least one switching segment. Each vacuum interrupter has a switching tube having a respective axially movable contact that cooperates at its free end with an actuating lever. The vacuum interrupters are so arranged in alternation in opposite sense that the movable contacts of the at least two vacuum interrupters are movable with respect to the axis alternately in opposite directions.
On-load tap changer
An on-load tap changer uninterruptedly switches between winding taps of a tap-changing transformer. The on-load tap changer includes: at least one selector configured to preselect, in a powerless manner, a selected winding tap of the winding taps; at least one diverter switch configured to actually switch loads from a previous winding tap to a preselected winding tap of the winding taps; at least one toothed gearing comprising a first gearwheel and a second gearwheel, the first gearwheel being assigned to the selector, and the second gearwheel being assigned to the diverter switch; and a drive shaft, which is configured to be actuated by a motor drive. The first gearwheel and the second gearwheel are directly interconnected mechanically in such a way that the first gearwheel and the second gearwheel are simultaneously actuatable. The drive shaft is configured to drive either the first gearwheel or the second gearwheel.
Vacuum interrupter module for a tap changer, power diverter switch, and tap changer
A vacuum interrupter module for a tap changer includes an insulation plate having a first main side and a second main side opposite of the first main side, a vacuum interrupter assembly, a bypass switch assembly, and a control cam. The vacuum interrupter assembly includes a vacuum interrupter and a driving mechanism coupled with the vacuum interrupter, the vacuum interrupter and the driving mechanism being arranged on the first main side of the insulation plate. The bypass switch assembly includes two bypass contacts, each one mechanically connected to a corresponding bypass lever, the two bypass contacts and the two corresponding bypass levers being arranged on the first main side of the insulation plate. The control cam is arranged on the first main side of the insulation plate and configured to actuate both the driving mechanism and, through the corresponding bypass levers, the two bypass contacts.
Transformer tapping arrangement and methods of operation of same
A tapping arrangement for a transformer, the arrangement comprising a plurality of fixed contacts, a movable rotary contact, a transition rotor with pairs of transition contacts, an interrupter coupling assembly and driving motor(s) are compacted into a single vacuum chamber.
Switching system with preselector
The invention relates to a step switch, comprising a pre-selector and a fine selector. The invention is characterized in that the step switch has a connection (36) between the pre-selector and the fine selector (18), at least one coupling switch (38) being arranged in said connection. A pre-selector can be switched in a largely gas-free manner by means of said switchable connection with the aid of the fine selector.
Method of determining an operational setting of an on-load tap changer
An operational setting of an on-load tap changer used to switch between various winding taps of a tapped transformer is determined by first placing the on-load tap changer in operation with the tapped transformer and then moving the changer in a first rotational direction through a regulating range of its stationary operational settings on different winding taps of the tapped transformer toward an end abutment of the tapped transformer. The position is registered on reaching the end abutment of the regulating range of the on-load tap changer, and then the movement is reversed to return to the first stationary operational setting that is then configured as a predefined operational setting with the help of the parameterization that is stored in a nonvolatile memory of the control device.
