Fuse unit
A fuse unit includes: a fusible link which is connected to a battery terminal and of which a fuse is fused when overcurrent flows therein; and a holding mechanism including a base portion that is interposed between a post-standing surface and the battery terminal in a state in which the battery terminal is fastened to a battery post provided on the post-standing surface of a battery housing, and a holding portion that is connected to the base portion and holds the fusible link on the post-standing surface. Accordingly, a load acting on the battery post can be suppressed.
Material Removal from Inner Surface to Preserve Perception of Outer Surface Aesthetics
A veneer for a wall-mounted keypad may include indicia that are laser cut therethrough and that are representative of functions that may be performed by the keypad. The veneer may include a recess that extends into an inner surface of the veneer, proximate to the indicia. The recess may be shaped such that a perceived aesthetic of an outer surface of the veneer is preserved during formation of the indicia. The recess may for example have an organic shape defined by a curved outer perimeter that does not define any corners.
Circuit Interrupter With Status Indication
A circuit interrupter having a status indicator providing a current status of the circuit interrupter, the status indicator presenting one of: an On state, an Off state or a Fault state. The status indication is provided as a visual status and is color coded to one of the three circuit interrupter states. The circuit interrupter further including, in one configuration, a rocker actuator that rotates about an axis and the status indication mechanism is coupled to the rocker actuator.
Network transformer primary disconnect assembly
A housing assembly for a network transformer primary disconnect assembly is provided. The housing assembly includes a visible break assembly and a number of sidewalls defining an enclosed space. The visible break assembly includes a number of viewing windows in at least one sidewall. The viewing windows are aligned with one of a contact assembly interface or a movable contact assembly distal end in the open, first position.
PROTECTIVE/CONTROL RECEPTACLE
A remote control arrangement has a protective/control receptacle and a mobile radio device for use as a remote control. The protective/control receptacle forms a closed peripheral cover on which a corner protector for holding corners of the mobile radio device is provided and has a receptacle-side control for controlling a device-side control on the mobile radio device. The receptacle-side control is operable from the outside. The receptacle-side control is haptically perceivable on the outer face of the cover and is used to control a virtual device-side control.
CIRCUIT BREAKER WITH SINGLE PHASE CONTROL
A circuit breaker includes a frame and first, second and third single-phase vacuum interrupters and first, second and third magnetic actuators connected to respective single-phase vacuum interrupters. Each of the magnetic actuators is configured to receive an open or close signal and in response, actuate the respective vacuum interrupter connected thereto into an open or closed circuit condition. Each magnetic actuator includes a fixed core, a plurality of permanent magnets surrounding the fixed core, and a movable core received within the fixed core. A controller is connected to each of the first, second and third magnetic actuators and generates the open or close signal to a respective magnetic actuator to open or close one or more of the first, second and third single phase interrupters.

Longitudinal switch for electric contact locking and position changing system
A longitudinal switch for an electric contact locking and position changing system was designed to position securely the movable switch elements (7), which are urged by springs (5) and a rack (1) and toothed gear (8) mechanism for moving a vertical shaft (9), acting upon fixed elements (contacts) (16) of an electrically insulating rail surface (15). Positions are changed by turning a control button (39) and the toothed gear (8), causing the vertical shaft (9) to rotate, thus moving the rack (1) and causing the movable elements (7) to slide on the semicircular surface (17) of the fixed elements (16), overcoming the force of the springs (5) and compressing them. Once the gap between the fixed elements (16) is located, the springs (5) push back, keeping the movable elements (7) locked and ensuring the effective electric contact with the electric current passing through these points of contact.
REMOVABLE ELECTRIC CURRENT SWITCHING ELEMENT AND ELECTRICAL SWITCHGEAR FOR SWITCHING AN ELECTRIC CURRENT COMPRISING SUCH A REMOVABLE SWITCHING ELEMENT
A removable electric current switching element includes first and second housing parts fitted to the other and that can be moved between an assembled configuration and a partially disassembled configuration. The first housing part includes side walls provided with through inspection windows, the second housing part includes insulating walls which each delimit a volume in the second housing part around a corresponding mobile conductor. The first and second housing parts are arranged relative to one another in such a way that, in the assembled configuration the insulating walls mask the inspection windows and that, in the intermediate configuration the insulating walls are away from the inspection windows to free access to the inspection windows.
Circuit breaker with terminal bushings having dynamic seal
A circuit breaker includes a frame having an interior compartment and an outer surface and a bushing opening. A circuit interrupter is mounted within the interior compartment. A terminal bushing is received within the bushing opening and has a lower terminal end extending into the housing and electrically connected to the circuit interrupter. An outer flange forms a bushing seat positioned adjacent the outer surface. An upper gasket is received against the outer flange. A seal pocket is formed by a bushing opening, upper gasket and outer surface of the terminal bushing. A dynamic seal is contained within the seal pocket and compressed an amount sufficient to provide elasticity and a compression height for dynamic loading of the upper gasket.
