Micro-switch and method of manufacture
An electric micro-switch has at least one electric contact. The contact has a profiled section. The profiled section has a longitudinal extension, a bent portion formed in the longitudinal extension and having an outer surface that is, at least in section, formed in a rounded manner. A contact region is defined on the outer surface of the bent portion. A method for manufacturing the micro-switch is also disclosed.

Power bus connection system with fusible conductive material
A fusible conductive material can be used to electrically connect or join power distribution bus bars that are placed on opposing sides of an electrically insulating bus support. The fusible conductive material can be placed in an opening or hole in the bus support with the bus bars abutting the fusible conductive material on opposing sides. The fusible conductive material can then be ignited, such as by applying a voltage drop, to produce a localized heat source suitable to electrically join the bus bars together. By electrically connecting the bus bars in this manner, the bus bars can better conduct, be less susceptible to separation and require less maintenance with respect to connectivity.

KEYBOARD, KEY MODULE, MOVABLE SWITCH MECHANISM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MOVABLE SWITCH MECHANISM
A keyboard includes a plurality of key modules. Each key module includes a baseplate, a circuit membrane disposed on the baseplate, a metal dome disposed on the circuit membrane, an elastic member disposed on the metal dome, and a keycap. The elastic member and the linkage member are configured to be a movable switch mechanism. The circuit membrane has a conductive circuit. The metal dome has an opening corresponding to the conductive circuit of the circuit membrane. A trigger portion protrudes from an underside of the elastic member. When the keycap is pressed, the trigger portion passes through the opening of the metal dome, and moves downwards to abut against the conductive circuit to induce a conducting signal. The movable switch mechanism can be made by a double injection molding method.
ELECTRICAL CONTACT ASSEMBLY
An electrical contact assembly including an elongate stud having a coupling end and an opposing butt end, the butt end having a recess formed therein, the recess having a head portion and a shank portion defining a shoulder at a juncture therebetween, the head portion bounded by a collar and having a diameter that is larger than a diameter of the shank portion, and a contact pad having a head and a shank, the head having a top surface and a bottom surface with a tapered sidewall extending therebetween, the shank extending from the bottom surface of the head and having a diameter that is smaller than a diameter of the bottom surface, wherein the contact pad is disposed within the recess with the bottom surface of the head disposed on the shoulder and with the collar extending over and engaging the angled sidewall of the head.
SWITCH CASE AND SWITCH
A switch case includes a metal plate having a first surface and a second surface that is at a side opposite to the first surface, and a resin case embedding a part of the metal plate. The resin case includes a housing portion having an opening disposed on a surface of the resin case. The metal plate includes a terminal portion, a contact portion, and an intermediate portion positioned between the terminal portion and the contact portion. The terminal portion is exposed from the surface of the resin case, and the intermediate portion is embedded in the resin case. The intermediate portion is provided with first and second through-hole each penetrating the first surface and the second surface. A hole diameter of the first through-hole at the second surface is larger than a hole diameter of the first through-hole at the first surface.

Multiple position electrical switch
An electrical switch includes a fixed upper contact, a fixed lower contact, and a mobile contact blade. A fixed support bears the mobile contact blade, and the fixed support includes a front support branch and a rear support branch. Each branch includes a transversely-oriented horizontal notch, in the bottom of which is housed a transverse free edge of a respective front and rear section of the mobile contact blade. The fixed support includes two identical support plates spaced transversely apart.
