Switch device

A switch device includes an operation unit, a switch unit detachably attached to the operation unit, and an engagement portion provided at the operation unit. The switch unit includes an opening-closing contact mechanism opened in association with an operation of the operation unit, and a drive portion driving the opening-closing contact mechanism to an open condition at a standby position and to a closed condition at a usage position. When the operation unit is attached to the switch unit, the engagement portion engages the drive portion to drive the drive portion from the standby position to the usage position. When the operation unit is inserted to the switch unit, the operation unit and the switch unit are engaged at the usage position.

TRIGGER SWITCH AND DEVICE INCLUDING THE TRIGGER SWITCH

A trigger switch capable of suppressing wear of a sliding electrode part and a device including the trigger switch are provided. A trigger switch includes a front sub-brush and a rear sub-brush that, when a drive part is driven by a movement of a trigger caused by a push-in operation to the trigger, move from an on-position where they contact a front sub-electrode and a rear sub-electrode on a substrate to an off-position where they do not contact the front sub-electrode and the rear sub-electrode. As the front sub-brush and the rear sub-brush move from the on-position to the off-position, a contact between the front sub-brush and the rear sub-brush and the substrate are released.

The operation unit is detached from or attached to the switch unit to set the opening-closing contact mechanism in respectively predetermined opening-closing states.

Pressure-actuated safety switch with monitoring function

A security switch has a switch head with an actuator and having a button top. The security switch is mounted in a housing wall. The actuator is designed so as to actuate contact elements of a switch module upon actuation into the switch position. The switch module is extended by a signaling switch block with contact elements located in the signaling flow path, wherein, in the assembly state of the security switch, the signaling switch block is subjected to an actuation pin that is rigidly arranged thereon. if the assembly state is undone or changed, the actuation pin disengages from the signaling switch block and signaling flow path opens. The actuation pin and signaling switch block are located outside the actuation region of the actuator of the security switch.
