ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY

The invention relates to an electromagnetic relay (1), more particularly a safety relay (1). This has a main body (10) and a coil system (20, 120) located thereon, the coil system (20, 120) having a coil (24, 124) and a yoke (25, 125) which extends through the coil (24, 124) along a winding axis (WA) of the coil (24, 124). An armature (30, 130) for the relay (1) is located next to the coil (24, 124) and mounted such that it can pivot about an armature bearing axis (AA, AA) and has pole shoes (33a, 33b, 33c, 33d, 133a, 133b) for magnetically coupling with the yoke (25, 125) of the coil system (20, 120). The relay (1) also comprises a contact system (50) having at least two contact springs (51, 53), wherein each spring movement plane (FB) of the contact springs (51, 53) extends across the winding axis (WA) of the coil (24, 124), preferably at a substantially right angle. At least two actuators (36, 37, 41, 42) are located on the armature (30, 130), which actuators (36, 37, 41,42) are allocated to the contact springs (51, 53) in order to actuate same and which actuators (36, 37, 41, 42) extend radially outwards on the armature (30, 130) with respect to the armature bearing axis (AA, AA) in a longitudinal direction (AL) of the armature (30, 130), wherein the radially outermost ends of the two actuators (36, 37, 41, 42) are farther away from the armature bearing axis (AA, AA) than the pole shoes (33a, 33b, 33c, 33d, 133a, 133b) of the armature (30,130).

ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY

An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed contact holder, a moving contact holder, an electromagnetic device, and a magnet. The fixed contact holder extends in a predetermined direction and is provided with a fixed contact. The moving contact holder also extends in the predetermined direction, and is provided with a moving contact. The magnet is arranged perpendicularly to an opening/closing direction of the fixed contact and the moving contact. A stretch space in which an arc generated between the fixed contact and the moving contact is stretched is provided, in the predetermined direction, beyond respective tips of the fixed contact holder and the moving contact holder. The stretch space also faces a surface of the fixed contact holder and a surface of the moving contact holder.

An assembled member including a press-fit part, a molded part having a hole into which the press-fit part is press-fit, and a lid provided on the press-fit part or the hole so as to form a closed space for holding shavings between the hole and the press-fit part when the press-fit part is press-fit into the hole.

Electromagnetic contactor

There is provided an electromagnetic contactor that ensures appropriately preventing a foreign matter from invading an auxiliary contact mechanism housing chamber from a main contact mechanism housing chamber via a through-hole on a partition wall; and a foreign matter from invading the main contact mechanism housing chamber from the auxiliary contact mechanism housing chamber via the through-hole on the partition wall. With an electromagnetic contactor (1), a main contact mechanism housing chamber (A) and an auxiliary contact mechanism housing chamber (B) are partitioned by a partition wall (10). The partition wall (10) has a through-hole (10a) through which a coupling shaft (34) is inserted. A foreign matter invasion prevention mechanism (60) is provided at a peripheral area of the through-hole (10a).

Electromagnetic relay

An electromagnetic relay includes: a fixed terminal including a fixed terminal main body extending in a first direction, a fixed terminal arm portion, and two fixed contacts; a movable spring including two movable contacts, and extending in a second direction; a backstop; and a fixed terminal retainer. One of the fixed terminal main body and the fixed terminal arm portion is a first side terminal portion facing in the second direction, and the other is a second side terminal portion curving from a first edge of the first side terminal portion in a direction opposite to the second direction. A leg portion of the backstop is provided away from the first side terminal portion in the direction opposite to the second direction, and is provided between the two movable contacts on a projection plane with a perpendicular extending in the second direction when viewed from the first direction.

High-voltage DC relay with auxiliary contact

The present disclosure discloses a high-voltage DC relay with an auxiliary contact. The high-voltage DC relay includes a cover, a main contact leading-out terminal, a pushing rod assembly, a main movable contact piece, an auxiliary contact leading-out terminal and an auxiliary movable contact piece. The main contact leading-out terminal and the auxiliary contact leading-out terminal are respectively fixed on a top wall of the cover and their bottom ends respectively extend into a cavity of the cover. The main movable contact piece and the auxiliary movable contact piece are respectively matched with corresponding bottom ends of the main contact leading-out terminal and the auxiliary contact leading-out terminal. Two auxiliary contact leading-out terminals are arranged on both sides of a connecting line between two main contact leading-out terminals, and the auxiliary movable contact piece is also connected with a plastic body.
