RELAY
A relay includes a fixed contact, a movable contact piece including a movable contact, a movable portion, a coil, a return spring, and a contact spring. The movable portion includes a drive shaft and a movable iron core. The drive shaft is fixed to the movable contact piece in a contact case and extends from an inside of the contact case to an outside of the contact case. The movable iron core is connected to the drive shaft outside the contact case. The return spring urges the movable portion in an open direction in which the movable contact is separated from the fixed contact. The contact spring urges the drive shaft in a contact direction in which the movable contact contacts the fixed contact. The contact spring is arranged outside the contact case.
Contact device
A contact device including a fixed contact member having a fixed contact; and a movable contact member which includes a movable contact and is movable between a position where the movable contact is in contact with the fixed contact and a position where the movable contact is away from the fixed contact, a first contact member which is one of the fixed contact member and the movable contact member further including a recess in a surface to which a first contact of the first contact member is provided. The first contact protrudes toward a second contact of a second contact member which is another of the fixed contact member and the movable contact member, and a periphery of the recess at least partially surrounding a periphery of the first contact in a surface perpendicular to a protruding direction of the first contact.
Relay
A relay is disclosed. In an embodiment a relay includes a first contact, a second contact, a movable element arrangeable in a closed position and in an open position; and at least one bimetallic strip, wherein the movable element electrically connects the first contact to the second contact in the closed position, wherein the first contact and the second contact are electrically isolated from each other when the movable element is arranged in the open position, and wherein the at least one bimetallic strip is configured to be deformed upon an increase in temperature such that it presses the movable element against the first and second contacts after deformation.
Relay
A relay includes a housing, an electric contact system in the housing, an electromagnetic system in the housing, and a magnetic blowing arc-extinguish device. The electric contact system includes a static contact with a static contact portion and a movable contact with a movable contact portion. The electromagnetic system is configured to drive the movable contact to move between a closed position in which the movable contact is in electrical contact with the static contact and an opened position in which the movable contact is separated from the static contact. The magnetic blowing arc-extinguish device includes a permanent magnet statically provided near the static contact and configured to lengthen an electric arc between the static contact portion and the movable contact portion by an electromagnetic force to extinguish the electric arc.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay includes a magnetic attractive member magnetically attractable by an electromagnet unit, and a conductive resilient plate connected to the magnetic attractive member and having a movable portion fixed to the magnetic attractive member, and a movable contact being urged to contact with a first stationary contact. A flexible conductive member is connected to the conductive resilient plate. When the electromagnetic unit is energized and attracts the magnetically attractive member to move the conductive resilient plate therealong, the movable contact contacts with a second stationary contact. When the electromagnetic unit is de-energized, the movable contact contacts with the first stationary contact.
Magnet armature, contactor having a magnetic armature, and method for switching a contactor
A microphone having a housing that includes a bottom part and an upper part, and a transducer element arranged in the housing and which is electrically and mechanically connected to the bottom part. For stress-free mounting of the transducer element, a flexible connecting element is proposed, which is pliable and/or compressible, is arranged between the transducer element and the upper part, and connects the transducer element to the upper part. The connecting element includes a plastic, in which gas bubbles are distributed, the gas bubbles having a volume fraction of between 50 and 98% in the connecting element.
Yoke assembly with deceleration element for switching device and same
A yoke assembly for an electromagnetic switching device is disclosed. The yoke assembly comprises a yoke and an elastic deceleration element. The yoke has a support face supporting an abutment face of an actuating assembly in a position of the switching device. The elastic deceleration element is mounted on the yoke and has a deceleration face disposed at a distance from the support face.
Motor starter, operating method, computer program product and motor starter arrangement
A motor starter for operating an electric motor connected to a multiphase power supply includes a semiconductor switch arranged in a current-carrying phase of the multiphase power supply, and an electromechanical switch arranged in parallel relation to the semiconductor switch in the current-carrying phase. The electromechanical switch includes a movable switching piece configured tiltable to reduce a current gradient in the semiconductor switch.
