The arm (30) is configured to press the actuator (210) when the shaft (20) is linearly displaced.
Locking an enclosed switch, a bus plug or a panelboard switch
An enclosed switch, a bus plug or a panelboard switch with means to lock them in an OFF position are provided. An enclosed switch comprises an operating handle with a first hole situated at a distal end and an enclosure including a cover. The operating handle is disposed external to the enclosure. The cover having a flange including a tab formed with a second hole that is configured to be aligned with the first hole of the operating handle in order to lock the enclosed switch in an OFF position without the use of a handle guard.
DEVICE FOR DOOR AND PHASE SEGREGATION IN MOLDED CASE CIRCUIT BREAKERS
A device for door and phase segregation in low voltage circuit breakers, in particular in molded case circuit breakers, having a plurality of phases each provided with a lug for electrical connection of said circuit breaker and a venting aperture for venting off gases, the device comprising a conductive element adapted to be fixed to a corresponding lug of the circuit breaker and provided with electrical connection means for electrical connection of the circuit breaker, comprising a first insulating element covering the conductive element and/or a second insulating element adapted to be interposed between two adjacent phases of the circuit breaker.
TRANSPARENT LABEL INDICATOR OF A RESIDENTIAL CIRCUIT BREAKER
A residential circuit breaker is provided with means to visually identify certain status information about the device such as detection of a condition through a label. The residential circuit breaker comprises an electronic pole housing that includes an opening for a light emitting diode (LED) light to pass through. The residential circuit breaker comprises the label located on a front of the residential circuit breaker such that the label is used to identify device information about the residential circuit breaker. The label includes a window in a specified area for the LED light to shine through the label to provide an arc fault circuit interrupter (AFCI)/a ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) indication. The residential circuit breaker further comprises a LED mounted on a printed circuit board (PCB) assembly to transmit the light from the LED to an external surface of the circuit breaker without the need of a translucent plastic part.
ELECTRIC SWITCHING UNIT COMPRISING A FILTERING DEVICE
An electric switching unit comprises a casing and a plurality of arc extinguishing chambers formed inside the casing, each arc extinguishing chamber comprising a gas discharge orifice opening to outside the casing.
The electric switching unit comprises a filtering device positioned outside the casing and comprising: a plurality of inlet openings placed on a lower region of the filtering device, each one being configured to collaborate fluidically with one of the said gas discharge orifices; an outlet opening placed on a lateral region of the filtering device; a common internal chamber which places the inlet openings in fluidic communication with the outlet opening; and a filter located inside the internal chamber between the inlet openings and the outlet opening.
Fixing and Unlocking Mechanism for Plug-in Type Circuit Breaker
A fixing and unlocking mechanism for a plug-in type circuit breaker includes a housing (1) A button (2) is mounted in a button slot (101) of the housing (1). The fixing and unlocking mechanism is characterized in that the housing (1) is provided with a locking mechanism (3) therein, so that the plug-in type circuit breaker cannot be unplugged from a mounting cabinet, and the housing (1) is further provided with an unlocking mechanism (4) therein, which can unlock the locking mechanism (3) to make the plug-in type circuit breaker is unplugged from the mounting cabinet.

Molded case circuit interrupter having circuitry component situated adjacent rear exterior surface
A molded case circuit interrupter advantageously employs a circuitry component that is situated adjacent a rear exterior surface of the molded case of the molded case circuit interrupter. Previous circuit interrupters have sometimes employed a non-conductive backsheet of a nominal thickness of 0.062 inches that was adhered to the rear surface of the molded case circuit interrupter in order to electrically isolate screws, posts, and the like that were mounted to and that were exposed on the rear portion of a molded case thereof. The disclosed and claimed concept provides a circuitry component in place of or in addition to the back sheet, with the circuitry component including flexible ribbons having electrical conductors that extend through holes formed in the molded case and that are electrically connected with electronic components that are situated within the interior of the molded case.
