An apparatus includes a first chamber to store a first vaporization substance and an atomizer, in fluid communication with the first chamber, to generate vapor from the first vaporization substance by heating the first vaporization substance. Some embodiments include a channel, in fluid communication with the atomizer, a second chamber to store a second vaporization substance, and a feeder, in fluid communication with the channel and the second chamber, to feed the second vaporization substance from the second chamber to the channel. A heater could be provided in fluid communication with the atomizer, to heat the vapor from the atomizer. The vapor that is heated by the heater could vaporize the second vaporization substance.

An inhaler device for delivering a powder substance contained in a capsule includes a main body having a first body portion and a second body portion jointly defining a first capsule seat part adapted to retain a first capsule part. The first and second body portions are hinged to each other so as to be rotatable between a closed main body position, adapted to retain the first capsule part in the first capsule seat part, and an open main body position adapted to allow expulsion of the first capsule part from the first capsule seat part. A slider, formed by a first slide portion and a second slide portion jointly defining a second capsule seat part adapted to retain a second capsule part, is slidingly housed in the main body.

Vaporizer apparatuses having a head movable between operational and non-operational positions are provided. The vaporizer apparatus comprises a body and the head. The head comprises a mouthpiece portion and is engaged with the body in the operational and non-operational positions. The apparatus further comprises a vaporizing chamber and vaporizing element operatively coupled to the vaporizing chamber and operable to vaporizing the material therein when activated. The vaporizing element is activatable when the head is in the operational position. The vaporizer apparatus may not be usable to vaporize the material when the head is in the non-operational position. Methods of providing vaporizer apparatuses having a head movable between operational and non-operational positions are also provided.

The present disclosure is a handheld apparatus that vaporizes plant-based or synthetic compounds, for the purpose of inhalation, or diffusion into an external environment. More specifically, the disclosure describes a handheld apparatus wherein a laser beam from an internal laser unit heats compounds, such as dried plant, tinctures, resins, or essential oils, to the compound's vaporization temperature for inhalation, or diffusion as part of aromatherapy or other holistic therapeutic treatments.

The introduction of electronics into a drug delivery device may introduce certain technical challenges, such as durability, electro-mechanical integration, and drug delivery performance. The present disclosure provides solutions for inclusion of an electronics module with an inhaler. For example, heat stakes may be used to secure a printed circuit board (PCB) to an electronics module's housing. Also for example, a slider may be used to transfer vertical movement of an inhaler's yoke to an electronics module's switch. Also for example, certain seals may be used when interfacing the electronics module to other portions of the device's housing to achieve a desired performance.

An apparatus for delivering a therapeutic agent may be associated with a cap for a bottle that contains a prescription for a drug to which the therapeutic agent corresponds. When the prescription bottle contains an opioid, the therapeutic agent may comprise a substance that counteracts the effects of the opioid. The apparatus may include a nozzle that facilitates nasal administration of the therapeutic agent. The apparatus may be capable of attaching to a cap for a prescription bottle, or the apparatus may have a configuration that enables it to serve as the cap for the prescription bottle.

A collapsible inhaler for use with a metered dose inhaler (MDI) dispenser that is operable to dispense a metered dose of medicament therefrom, the inhaler including: an inlet member being adapted to receive an MDI dispenser and having an inlet therein; an outlet member having an outlet therein, a conduit which is pliable and has a distal end associated with the inlet member and a proximal end associated with the outlet member, a support associated with the pliable conduit that is adjustable between an expanded state and a contracted state whereby in the contracted state the inlet member is positioned proximate the outlet member, while in the expanded state the support supports the pliable conduit and combined with the inlet member being spaced from the outlet member that defines a chamber, so that in use a metered dose of medicament can be dispensed from the MDI dispenser through the inlet in the inlet member to mix with air in the chamber and be inhaled by a patient through the outlet in the outlet member, wherein the inhaler further includes a lockout mechanism for inhibiting operation of the MDI dispenser when the support and conduit are in the contracted state and not inhibiting operation of the MDI dispenser when the support and conduit are in the expanded state.

An aerosol provision device includes a first section for containing an aerosolizable substance from which a flow of aerosol can be generated; and a second section for containing a material. In use, a flow of aerosol generated from aerosolizable substance in the first section flows through material in the second section before being inhaled by a user. The first section and the second section are located in a side-by-side arrangement in the device.

The invention relates to an inhaler, in particular an electronic cigarette product, comprising at least one evaporator unit with at least one electric evaporator for evaporating liquid supplied to the evaporator and comprising an electronic controller for controlling and/or regulating the at least one evaporator unit. The inhaler has at least one replaceable cartridge, wherein the cartridge has the evaporator unit and a liquid tank which is connected or can be connected to the evaporator unit.

The present disclosure relates to aerosol delivery devices. The aerosol delivery devices may include a housing and a cartridge including an atomizer and a reservoir configured to contain an aerosol precursor composition.
