The single-key light guide area includes an accommodating hole and a light-blocking structure. The accommodating hole runs through the single-key light guide area and accommodates the light-emitting unit. The light-blocking structure and the light-emitting unit are arranged in a direction. The light-shielding sheet is disposed above the light guide plate.
PUSH SWITCH AND ILLUMINATED SWITCH DEVICE
A push switch includes a case, a fixed contact member, a moving contact member, and a protective sheet. The case has a first surface with a recess and a second surface opposite from the first surface. The fixed contact member includes a fixed contact in the recess and a terminal on an outer surface of the case. The moving contact member is in the recess and includes a moving contact to contact with the fixed contact when the switch is subjected to a press operation. The protective sheet covers the recess. The case has a light-transmitting property and has a light incident surface and a light emergent surface. Light is incident on the light incident surface. At least part of the light that has entered through the light incident surface emerges through the light emergent surface.
Keypad Having Illuminated Buttons
A control device for controlling power delivered to an electrical load may illuminate an area around a button of the control device, such as a gap formed between the button and an opening of a faceplate of the control device. The control device may illuminate the gap to provide a nightlight feature, to provide feedback (e.g., a status of the electrical load), and/or to indicate a selected preset. The button may have a cap portion that may be actuated by a user and a diffuser portion that may contact a rear surface of the cap portion and may conduct light emitted by an internal light source to illuminate the gap around the button.
Keyswitch assembly
A keyswitch assembly includes a switch module, a support mechanism, a blocking mechanism, an enhancing light source, and a backlight source. The switch module includes a substrate, a signal generator, and a signal sensor. The signal generator generates a sensing signal. The signal sensor receives the sensing signal to obtain a sensing strength. The support mechanism is disposed on the substrate. The blocking mechanism is disposed on the substrate and has a light-permeable portion. A portion of the blocking mechanism inserts into or escapes from a gap between the signal generator and the signal sensor. The backlight source is disposed on the substrate and located outside the vertical projection of the blocking mechanism on the substrate. The enhancing light source is disposed on the substrate and located within the vertical projection of the blocking mechanism on the substrate and corresponds to the light-permeable portion.
BACKLIGHT APPARATUS USED IN ILLUMINATED KEYBOARD
A backlight apparatus, used in an illuminated keyboard, includes a light-guiding plate, a light-shielding membrane, a light-reflecting sheet, a plurality of first translucent glue bodies, and a plurality of second translucent glue bodies. The light-guiding plate has a plurality of through holes. Each of the first translucent glue bodies corresponds to one of the through holes. Each first translucent glue body is placed on a front surface of the light-guiding plate, and surrounds a respective circumference of the corresponding through hole to bond the light-shielding membrane thereabove and the light-guiding plate therebelow. Each first translucent glue body has a respective breach. Each of the second translucent glue bodies corresponds to one of the first translucent glue bodies, is placed via at least one portion thereof in the breach of the corresponding first translucent glue body, and bonds the light-shielding membrane thereabove and the light-guiding plate therebelow.
Illuminated keyswitch structure and illuminating module
An illuminated keyswitch structure is provided. A base plate includes plural openings and plural rib portions separating the openings. A drive circuit board is disposed under the base plate. A spacer having a through hole is disposed underneath the base plate and above the drive circuit board. A light-emitting part with low illuminance is disposed on the drive circuit board and in the through hole, and the light-emitting part vertically corresponding to one of the openings of the base plate. A light-permeable covering structure includes a first covering layer and a second covering layer. The second covering layer vertically corresponds to the light-emitting part and said corresponding opening of the base plate. The second covering layer blocks at least partial light of the light-emitting part toward said corresponding opening to reduce illuminating intensity provided there through.
