A brush clearing assembly includes a mounting unit that may be coupled to a tractor. A hooking unit may be coupled to the tractor thereby facilitating the tractor to draw the hooking unit. The hooking unit is movably coupled to the mounting unit. The hooking unit may engage a trunk of a bush when the tractor backs toward the bush. The hooking unit slides laterally in the mounting unit when the hooking unit engages the trunk of the bush. Thus, the hooking unit slides along the trunk of the bush until the hooking unit passes beyond the trunk of the bush. The hooking unit removes the bush when the tractor drives forwardly from the bush.

Cutting tool and work machine

A cutting tool for clearing plant growth. The clearing tool includes a power transmission apparatus. An elongated part is coupled to the transmission to rotate around a longitudinal axis of the elongated part and having at least one thread that rises toward the transmission and the diameter of which decreases from an end of the elongated part coupled to the transmission to the end of the elongated part that is at a distance from the transmission. Guide parts are arranged around the elongated part to extend in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the elongated part. A blade part is arranged at the end of the elongated part coupled to the transmission. The elongated part, which, while targeted in a longitudinal direction toward the plant growth, is arranged to cut the plant growth when being rotated, wherein the threads transport the plant growth toward the blade part guided by the guide parts and cut the plant growth with the blade part.

PRESSURIZED LIQUID CUTTING HARVESTER FOR PRODUCE

Embodiments for implementing a harvester method, system, and apparatus are provided. For example, a harvester for produce may include a fluid knife system at a front end of the harvester in a travel direction of the harvester, wherein the fluid knife system projects a fluid at a pressure and a direction that cuts produce, a roller bar including one or more fingers extending radially outward and configured to receive produce from the fluid knife system, wherein the roller bar rotates on its axis turning the one or more fingers at the front end lifting the produce cut by the fluid knife system, a plurality of conveyers that receive the produce from the roller bar and are configured to transport the produce through the harvester, and a bin system configured to receive the produce from the plurality of conveyers and package the produce into one or more bins.

Agricultural harvester row unit

A row unit system for a corn header of an agricultural harvester, the row unit system including a plurality of row units and a plurality of chopper assemblies. A first row unit and an adjacent second row unit are each coupled to the corn header, with each row unit having a first and second leg. The first and second legs are substantially a mirror image of each other. The chopper assemblies are positioned proximate to the legs of the row units and include a chopper assembly nested between the second leg of the first row unit and the first leg of the second row unit.

Unwanted plant removal system having variable optics

Embodiments of an apparatus and methods can removing unwanted plants or weeds from an area such as an agricultural plot or lawn. The apparatus includes a three-dimensional imager configured to capture plant images and locate plants; an image processor configured to distinguish between wanted and unwanted plants based upon the captured plant images; at least one laser device configured to emit a laser beam having power sufficient to damage the unwanted plants; a guidance system configured to direct at least one laser beam toward the unwanted plant; and a chassis configured to support the three-dimensional imager, the laser device, and the guidance system. The chassis is configured to be moved across the area.
