The curable composition also controls a curing rate after the waiting time to suit the application. A content of the first particle is 60 mass % or more and 95 mass % or less relative to a total mass of the first particle and the second particle.

A battery module comprises a cell stack assembly, a front bus bar frame, and a rear bus bar frame. The cell stack assembly includes a plurality of battery cells and a plurality of fluid passage spacers located between adjacent battery cells. The front bus bar frame assembly is coupled to a side of the cell stack assembly along a longitudinal direction and includes a module inlet through which insulating oil for cooling of the plurality of battery cells is supplied to the plurality of fluid passage spacers. The rear bus bar frame assembly is coupled to the opposite side of the cell stack assembly along the longitudinal direction and includes a module outlet through which insulating oil passing through the module inlet and the plurality of fluid passage spacers is discharged.

A method, apparatus, and control system for a battery cell include a heat exchanger in thermal contact with the battery cell, and a first controller. The first controller connects to the heat exchanger, and monitors the battery cell. The first controller includes a reduced order electrochemical model, a heat generation model, and a heat generation controller. The first controller determines a target parameter for the battery cell, and determines battery cell parameters. The reduced order electrochemical model determines internal ROM variables based upon the battery cell parameters. The heat generation model determines an electrochemical heat generation parameter from the battery cell based upon the internal ROM variables and the target parameter for the battery cell. The heat generation controller determines a heat work parameter based upon the electrochemical heat generation and the target parameter for the battery cell. The heat exchanger is controlled based upon the heat work parameter.

Each of the plurality of battery modules includes a plurality of batteries, a control unit, a fan assembly and a temperature detecting module, wherein the central control module sends a temperature controlling command to the air conditioner to activate a cold source or a heat source according to the ambient temperature, then the central control module compares and calculates a plurality of working temperature information transmitting from the plurality of battery modules, and sends a fan operation command to the each corresponding battery module, the corresponding fan assembly activates an working mode to cool or warm the temperature of the corresponding battery module, so as to adjust the working temperature of each battery module, and to achieve a dynamic temperature balance.

Each battery cell group has a venting side with a venting exit configured to vent a venting stream from the battery cells to exit the battery cell group, and the separation sheet is at venting sides of the battery cell groups. The separation sheet forms separate venting chambers for each of the battery cell groups and is configured to guide the venting stream leaving the venting exits away from the battery cell groups through openings in the separation sheet.
