ANTENNA SYSTEMS AND DEVICES AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURE THEREOF
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, apparatuses, devices and systems related to the implementation of a multi-layer printed circuit board (PCB) radio-frequency antenna featuring, a printed radiating element coupled to an absorbing element embedded in the PCB. The embedded element is configured within the PCB layers to prevent out-of-phase reflections to the bore-sight direction.
ANTENNA UNIT, ANTENNA UNIT-EQUIPPED WINDOW GLASS, ATTACHMENT METHOD FOR ANTENNA UNIT
An antenna unit to be used by being installed so as to face window glass of a building, the antenna unit including a radiating element, a reflective member configured to reflect electromagnetic waves radiated from the radiating element toward outside of the building, and a support unit configured to removably support the reflective member. An antenna unit attachment method includes installing an antenna unit so as to face window glass for a building, the antenna unit having a radiating element and a support unit, and supporting a reflective member that reflects electromagnetic waves radiated from the radiating element by the support unit on an outdoor side relative to the radiating element.
ANTENNA MODULE AND VEHICLE
An antenna module to be provided to a vehicle includes: an array antenna configured to form a beam directed from an aperture provided in an exterior body panel of the vehicle, toward a vehicle outside; and a housing holding the array antenna in a vehicle inside.
Circularly polarised radiating element making use of a resonance in a Fabry-Perot cavity
A circularly polarized radiating element includes at least one excitation aperture for a wave that is linearly polarized with what is referred to as an excitation first polarization, a frequency selective surface and a metasurface comprising a two-dimensional and periodic array of metasurface cells, the excitation aperture opening onto the metasurface, the metasurface cells all being oriented identically with respect to the excitation polarization and configured to: reflect an incident wave having the excitation polarization in order to form a reflected wave polarized with the excitation polarization, and depolarize and reflect the incident wave in order to form a reflected wave polarized with the orthogonal polarization, having a phase difference substantially equal to ±90° with respect to the reflected wave polarized with the excitation polarization, and having an amplitude substantially equal to the amplitude of a wave radiated by the frequency selective surface, generated from the reflected wave polarized with the excitation polarization.
ARRAY ANTENNA DEVICE
An array antenna device includes: a ground plate that is a flat-plate shaped conductor; an element antenna array in which a plurality of tapered slot antennas are linearly arranged on the ground plate along an electric field direction; and a metal plate provided at both ends or one end of an antenna aperture formed in the element antenna array arranged on the ground plate along the electric field direction, the metal plate having a height from the ground plate higher than a height of the tapered slot antenna.
Antenna device and base station comprising the same
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an antenna device and a base station comprising the same. The antenna device may comprise an antenna array with a radiation pattern including a main lobe and a back lobe; and a first reflector able to be configured to reflect a first part of energy of the back lobe to at least one direction different from a direction of the main lobe.
RF MODULE FOR ANTENNA, RF MODULE ASSEMBLY, AND ANTENNA APPARATUS INCLUDING SAME
The present disclosure relates to an antenna RF module, an RF module assembly including the antenna RF modules, and an antenna apparatus including the RF module assembly. The antenna RF module includes an RF filter arranged on a front surface of a main board, a radiation element module arranged on a first side of the RF filter, and a reflector arranged between the RF filter and the radiation element module in such a manner as to ground (GND) the radiation element module and, at the same time, to serve as an intermediary for dissipating heat generated in the RF filter to the outside. Accordingly, a radome that interrupts dissipation of heat to in front of an antenna is unnecessary, and heat generated from heat generating elements of the antenna apparatus is spatially separated. Thus, it is possible that the heat is dissipated in a distributed manner toward the front and rear directions of the antenna apparatus. The advantage of greatly improving performance in heat dissipation can be achieved. Moreover, the advantage of improving the ease with which the antenna RF module is assembled can be achieved.
SIGNAL CANCELLATION IN RADIO FREQUENCY (RF) DEVICE NETWORK
A system including a plurality of circuits in a first radio frequency (RF) device which are configured to control a plurality of reflector devices based on a set of criteria. The controlled plurality of reflector devices transmit a plurality of RF signals in a specified direction and a specified location of a second RF device within transmission range of the controlled plurality of reflector devices. The plurality of RF signals are transmitted in the specified direction and the specified location of a second RF device based on a request for signal cancellation. The request for the signal cancellation is based on a noise from the second RF device and the plurality of RF signals are cancelled in the specified direction and the specified location of the second RF device.
Beamforming antenna module comprising lens
The present invention relates to a communication technique for fusing a 5G communication system to support a higher data transmission rate than a 4G system, with IoT technology, and a system thereof. This disclosure is based on 5G communication technology and the IoT related technology and can be applied to intelligent services (for example, smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car or connected car, healthcare, digital education, retail, security, safety-related services, or the like). In addition, the present invention provides an antenna module comprising an antenna and a lens, wherein the antenna comprises a first antenna array which deflects and radiates a radio wave from a vertical plane of the antenna by a predetermined first angle, and the lens can be spaced apart from the antenna by a first determined distance to change the phase of the radio wave radiated from the antenna.
Transmission line and antenna
A transmission line having, for example, a first frequency-selecting surface.
