A circularly polarized antenna arranged to be connected to the first waveguide of the waveguide polarizer and a satellite arrangement are also provided.

Ports may be selected to activate spatial segments created by the configuration of the reflectors, joined about a cylindrical core, which may be quadrants when the reflectors are configured into a cross-like shape. The system provides aid in orienting an antenna, upon installation, to a pre-designated geographic heading. Optionally, the tilt of each quadrant of an antenna device may be determined so as to ensure proper radio frequency coverage.

The plurality of controllable antennas include a first controllable antenna including a plurality of antenna elements interconnected by a plurality of material regions. Additionally, the control circuit is configured to control the plurality of material regions to control an antenna characteristic of the first controllable antenna.
