Electrical connector
An electrical connector for connecting a cable, includes an insulating body and a first terminal group received in the insulating body. The first terminal group includes a ground terminal, a power terminal, and first and second high-speed signal terminals. The first high-speed signal terminal has a first contacting portion, a first bending portion and a first soldering portion from front to rear. The extending direction of the first bending portion is different from that of the first contacting portion. The second high-speed signal terminal has a second contacting portion, a second bending portion, a reverse bending portion and a second soldering portion from front to rear. The second bending portion extends in a bending direction toward the first bending portion. The reverse bending portion reversely bends from the second bending portion. The spacing between the first and second soldering portions and the space for accommodating the cable are enlarged.
Banana plug
A system for containing a strain relief, the system comprising an assembly housing, the assembly housing including: a first outer housing including a connector body; a second outer housing including a rear housing, wherein the first outer housing snaps into the second outer housing and creates a chain of contact points that connect components internal to the assembly housing and prevents internal components from rotating, wherein the assembly housing houses within a banana plug shaft, a strain relief and a solder junction, wherein the solder junction solders a first end of a conductor cable to the banana plug shaft, wherein the first end of the conductor cable is disposed within the assembly housing, and wherein via the chain of contact points, the banana plug shaft presses the strain relief into place and prevents movement of the strain relief and the solder junction.
Electric unit for a motor vehicle with a plug-in connection, plug for a plug-in connection on an electric unit, and method for producing a plug for a plug-in connection on an electric unit
An electric unit such as an electric water pump or an electric radiator fan for a motor vehicle with a plug-in connection comprises a region of the connections between contact tongues and stripped ends of the individual wires of the cable of the plug is sealed, and that a sufficient tightness can be ensured in relation to the ingress of moisture along the wires from the surroundings of the water pump through the plug into the housing. A plug and method for producing the plug for a plug-in connection on an electric unit includes a strain relief means, and a seal in the region of the electric contact between the contact tongues and the wire ends of the individual wires.
JOINT CONNECTOR FOR POWER CABLES
A joint connector for connecting a first conductor of a first power cable length and a second conductor of a second power cable length, the first conductor including a first metal material and the second conductor including a second metal material, the second metal material being different from the first metal material, wherein the joint connector includes a tubular metal body being made of the second metal material and having a central axis extending from a first end of the metal body to a second end of the metal body, wherein the first end is provided with an axially extending opening adapted to receive the first conductor, and wherein the metal body includes at least one radially extending through-opening, connecting with the axially extending opening, the radially extending through-opening being adapted to receive at least one fastener for clamping the first conductor when received within the axially extending opening, and wherein the second end is a closed end, the closed end including an end face adapted to be welded to the second conductor.
Lock structure of connector assembly
A lock structure of a connector assembly includes a socket connector and a plug connector. The socket connector includes a mounting base member and conductive terminals disposed in the mounting base member, and the mounting base member is combined with an outer metal shell. A base of the plug connector includes a plug part combined in the docking chamber, and a connection part, and contact terminals. The base is combined with a shielding housing, and a handle is pivoted to shaft holes of the shielding housing. When the plug connector is not locked on the socket connector, the handle is pushed apart from each other, by the shielding housing, and not clasped on the outer metal shell. After the plug connector is combined on the socket connector, the handle can be rotated to return the handle to original locations, and make the handle clasp on the outer metal shell.
CONDUCTOR CONNECTING STRUCTURE
An objective of the present invention is to provide a conductor connecting structure which may enable miniaturization in the height direction. A conductor connecting structure is intended for connecting a conductor to an electric wire with a plurality of strands, wherein the conductor has a plate shape, and wherein it is configured so that the plurality of strands is butt-connected to an end face of the conductor, the plurality of strands having a same plate shape as the end face of the conductor in advance. This enables the electric wire to be connected to the end face of the conductor by configuring the plurality of strands constituting the electric wire in the same plate shape as the end face of the conductor in advance. This may enable the miniaturization in the height direction.
TERMINAL CONNECTING STRUCTURE
An objective of the present invention is to provide a terminal connecting structure which may enable the conductivity to be improved. A terminal connecting structure is intended for connecting a terminal to an electric wire, the electric wire including an aluminum conductor with aluminum, wherein the terminal connecting structure further comprises a conductive connection body formed with aluminum, wherein one end of the connection body is butt-connected to the aluminum conductor, and wherein another end of the connection body is connected to the terminal via crimping. This enables the terminal to be connected to the electric wire via the connection body without crimping the bundle of cores. This may eliminate influence of crimping on the aluminum conductor and enable the conductivity between the electric wire and the terminal to be improved.
ELECTRICAL CONTACT, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN ELECTRICAL CONTACT
An electrical contact includes: a first end; a second end; and a solder cup section formed at the first end. The solder cup section conductively connects to an electric component including a wire, by soldering. The solder cup section has a circumferential wall region with an upper edge defining a solder cup opening at the first end, and a solder cup base, which is arranged opposite the solder cup opening and which defines a base of the solder cup section. The electrical contact is stamped and formed from a metal sheet.
