Connector structure with improved terminal coplanarity
A connector structure with improved terminal coplanarity includes a housing and terminal assemblies. The housing has sockets and a coplanar track. The coplanar track is defined by two inner flanges of the housing. The two flanges extend longitudinally and parallel to each other. Each terminal assembly includes a connector body, terminals and a guider. The connector body is disposed inside the housing by the sockets. The terminals are disposed by penetrating through the connector body. The guider is disposed close to soldering ends of the terminals. The soldering end of each terminal protrudes out of the guider. The guider has two opposite grooves. Each groove is engaged with the corresponding flange. The coplanar track has a coplanar datum surface. Soldering portions of the soldering ends of the terminals protruding out of the guider are separated from the coplanar datum surface by the same distance.
Transition block fixing assembly
A transition block fixing assembly has a transition block mounting unit that includes a support member and a connecting member. The support member is configured to support a transition block and a pair of cables that are received within the transition block, and the connecting member is configured to mount the transition block mounting unit within a base station antenna.
Welding base
The disclosure relates to the field of welding technology. A welding base includes a welding groove defined therein. A limiting member is arranged inside the welding groove for preventing solder and to-be-welded member from loosening from the welding groove after the to-be-welded member is welded to the welding joint. Based on the prior art welding base, the inside of the welding groove of the present disclosure is provided with a limiting member, which can prevent the solder from a longitudinal movement, thus preventing the solder from falling off the welding groove.
Electrical contact element and method of producing a hard-soldered, electrically conductive connection to a mating contact by means of a pressed-in soldering body made from hard solder
An electrical contact for forming a materially bonded, electrically conductive connection to a mating contact comprises a contact surface and a soldering body. The contact surface has a recess extending into the contact surface. The soldering body is formed of a hard solder material and is pressed into the recess. The soldering body protrudes out from the recess beyond the contact surface.
PRODUCTION OF PRESS-FIT AND CRIMP CONNECTIONS IN A VICE
This disclosure relates to a method for connecting a strand element to a connection element using a re-shaping method, such as a connecting a cable lug. A system is also disclosed which comprises a pair of receiving elements having a front side with a recess and a hollow section. The hollow section is designed to accommodate a press insert having a front side with a recess. The receiving element and the press inserts are arranged in a vice. The system also comprises a clamp having a front side with a recess, which is suitable for receiving the connection element. When a pair of receiving elements is arranged, together with the press insert, around a central region of the connection element, then a re-shaping connection, such as a crimp connection, is produced between the strand element and the connection element.
OUTLET CONNECTION SCHEMA FOR A PDU
A power distribution unit including an elongate housing and a power input penetrating said elongate housing. The power input can comprise a ground buss wire, a neutral buss wire and at least one line buss wire. A plurality of electrical outlets can be disposed along the housing. Each electrical outlet can comprise a receptacle and a plurality of spaced apart outlet pins protruding from the receptacle. The plurality of outlet pins can include a ground outlet pin receiving the ground buss wire, a neutral outlet pin receiving the neutral buss wire, and a line outlet pin receiving the line buss wire.
CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF ELECTRIC WIRE AND AUXILIARY TERMINAL
The connection structure connecting a core wire exposed, on the end side of a covered electric wire with an insulating covering portion covering the outer periphery of the core wire, from the insulating covering portion to a bus bar, on the end side of the covered electric wire, an auxiliary terminal including an electric wire grasping portion which grasps the insulating covering portion of the covered electric wire and a core wire protecting portion provided so as to extend from one end of the electric wire grasping portion is attached, the core wire protecting portion includes a base on which the insulating covering portion is placed and welded pieces which are provided so as to extend from the base and disposed near the core wire exposed from the insulating covering portion, and the welded pieces are welded to one face of the bus bar along with the exposed core wire.
Method for joining two or more electrical conductors, device for joining two or more electrical conductors, and electrical connection between two or more conductors
A connection assembly is provided and includes a first conductor, a second conductor and a friction stir welded connection connecting the first conductor and the second conductor, with the second conductor having a bundle of conductor wires. The friction stir welded connection is provided by a friction stir welding tool having a pin connecting a front side of the second conductor pressed onto the first conductor along a connecting direction between the first conductor and the second conductor.
ELECTRIC WIRE CONNECTION STRUCTURE AND CONNECTION METHOD
A connection structure for an electric wire includes an electric wire that has a conductor and an outer sheath covering the conductor; a bonding member that is made of a conductive metal material and is attached to the electric wire and; and a busbar that is made of a conductive metal material and on which the bonding member is overlapped and ultrasonically bonded with the conductor interposed between the busbar and the bonding member. The bonding member includes a crimping portion for crimping and fixing the electric wire.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR AND CONNECTOR PLUG SYSTEM
An electrical connector includes a base body having a contact portion and a connection portion. The base body has a plug receptacle in the contact portion and a latching arm for fastening the connector. The latching arm is formed at least partially from a first layer of material and a second layer of material. The latching arm is pivotable out of a latching position counter to a spring force at least in the direction of a release position. Thus, reliable fastening of the electrical connector is ensured with low assembly force because the first layer and the second layer are at least partially separated from each other when the latching arm is pivoted in the direction of the release position.
