Electrical connection assembly with electrical connector mounted and overmolded on an electric cable, associated production method
The present invention basically involves replacing all the mechanical protection (corrugated tube, cover) and sealing (annular seals) parts that are mechanically fitted in electrical connection solutions, in particular for coaxial connection, of the prior art with a joint directly overmolded on the conductive jacket (ferrule, shell or two half-shells), partly inside the connector housing and around the part of the outer sheath of the cable that is near the housing.
Miniature electrical contact of high thermal stability
The present invention relates to a male electrical contact of twist-pin type comprising an electrical terminal formed by a bundle comprising three central strands made of nickel or made of copper and 7 peripheral strands made of NiCrTiAl alloy and a bulge in the central portion, it being possible for said alloy to optionally additionally comprise Co and/or Mo. It also relates to the use of this contact in a micro-D connector, advantageously for applications at a service temperature 260 C.

Wire connection bracket assembly
The invention relates to a method of connecting electrical wires, conductors, or connections together by rotating the connector ends in an enclosure to tightly twist the wire ends together and also includes a clamping mechanism to prevent the wires from untwisting, becoming loose, or falling out of the enclosure. The present invention increases the holding ability of current rotating tools for electrical wires and connections.

Conductor Connection, Connection Piece and Method for Fabricating a Conductor Connection
A conductor connection, a connection piece and a method for fabricating a conductor connection are disclosed. In an embodiment a conductor connection includes a connection piece including one or more openings and a wall whose distance from a longitudinal axis of the connection piece increases toward at least one of the openings, and several electric conductors, wherein each of the electric conductors extends through one of the openings into the connection piece.

Electrical junction box
An electrical junction box includes a housing assembly that is openable and closable. The electrical junction box also includes a plurality of pass-through apertures, each pass-through aperture being formed through the housing assembly, and a plurality of bushings, each bushing being located within one (1) of the pass-through apertures. The housing assembly is configured to enclose an electrical splice. With the housing assembly being open, each one (1) of the bushings is configured to receive an electrical wire forming a portion of the electrical splice. With the housing assembly being closed, each one (1) of the bushings is configured to prevent linear movement of the electrical wire along a center axis of the pass-through aperture relative to the housing assembly.
