High frequency electrical connector

An electrical connector that includes an outer conductive shell that encloses at least one signal contact therein and includes a front end for mating with a mating connector and a back end opposite the front end for electrically connecting to a printed circuit board. A primary ground connection is located inside or outside of the outer conductive shell, the primary ground connection being configured to electrically engage the mating connector with the printed circuit board or coaxial cable. A secondary ground connection is located inside or outside of the outer conductive shell and is configured to electrically engage the mating connector with the printed circuit board or the coaxial cable.

The floor system provides an operating floor via the main panel and the sub-panel where the operating floor is raised relative to a sub-floor and the main panel is a removable floor panel to access a space between the operating floor and the sub-floor. The main panel inlaid cables and the sub-panel inlaid cables establish a current pathway from a power source.

A splice assembly for engaging a conductor includes a brush configured to engage the conductor. The brush includes a housing having a first portion and a second portion. The housing defines a housing axis extending between the first portion and the second portion. The first portion defines a cavity having an open end. The second portion defines a bore. A diameter of the cavity is larger than a diameter of the bore. The cavity and the bore are configured to receive the conductor therethrough. The brush further includes a brush member secured within the cavity and positioned proximate the open end.

Cable connector and method of terminating a cable

A cable connector that includes an inner subassembly that includes a coupling nut for coupling to a mating connector or port and a post end for electrically connecting to a cable. An outer body includes separable sections that form an inner bore when assembled. The inner bore is configured to receive at least the post end of the inner subassembly. Each section of the outer body has a proximal end and a distal end and the distal ends are configured to accept the cable. The sections are releasably engaged for assembly of the outer body around at least a portion of the inner subassembly.

The access cover is configured to be opened to provide access to disconnect the first circuit board from the tap housing and from the second circuit board and to subsequently remove the first circuit board from the tap housing, thereby changing a tap value of the multi-tap device. The second circuit board is configured to remain connected to the faceplate and positioned within the tap housing when the first circuit board is removed from the tap housing.
