Connector with a shunt structure and connector assembly with the same
A connector, having a shunt structure, includes an insulating housing, a plurality of power terminals, a plurality of signal terminals and a first shunt socket. The insulating housing has a first side surface and a second side surface. The first side surface has a power input interface and a signal input interface, and the second side surface has a power output interface and a signal output interface. Each of the power terminals extends a power contact portion into the power input interface, and a power leg to the power output interface. Each of the signal terminals extends a signal contact portion into the signal input interface, and the signal leg to the signal output interface. The first shunt socket is located on a third side surface of the insulating housing and has a clamping portion on a side wall for being clamped by a first shunt connector.
SURFACE-MOUNTED PLUGGABLE WIRING INSERT KEY, DRIVING POWER SOURCE BOX, AND DETACHABLE MODULAR LED LAMP
A surface-mounted pluggable wiring insert key capable of being used for connecting structural parts of multiple strands of weak-current flexible wires, a driving power source box formed by using the surface-mounted pluggable wiring insert key, and a detachable modular LED lamp provided with the driving power source box structure. A damaged driving power source and other damaged assemblies can be conveniently replaced, abandonment of an LED chip having a long service life or even a whole LED lamp can be prevented, the designed structure is simple, and tin soldering is not required, thereby saving resources, greatly reducing use cost, and facilitating the popularization of the LED lamp.
FLEXIBLE LINKING TERMINAL AND ELECTRICITY STORAGE MODULE
A flexible linking terminal includes a braided wire constituted by a plurality of metal wires and a plurality of terminals that are spaced apart from each other and connected to the braided wire, and the terminals each include a fixing portion that is fixed to the braided wire and a connection portion that protrudes in a direction intersecting a direction in which the plurality of terminals are lined up and that is connectable to an external portion.
Arrangement with a Connector for at Least One Electrical Cable
An arrangement with a connector for at least one electrical cable is indicated, that is surrounded by a cover, having an electrical conductor, which has a plurality of individual wires. The connector has a pipe shaped clamping body composed of metal to receive the conductors of the cables, in the walls of which at least one position with two threads is provided, mounted with interacting throughholes, their axis V-formed extended at an angle, lying between 100 and 180 . In the mounted position the clamping screws are attached tightly in the throughholes of the conductor, which act in the same area of the conductor. In the mounted position, the clamping screws screwed in the two throughholes are rounded on their points each with a radius lying between 0.15D and 0.5D, with the diameter D of the threaded part of the clamping screws.
Mechanical connector for connecting an electrical cable
The present invention relates to mechanical connector (10, 100) for connecting an electrical cable (1) comprising a longitudinal internal bore (14) configured for receiving the electrical cable (1) and a transverse threaded hole (22, 24, 26, 28, 102) extending into the longitudinal internal bore (14). The mechanical connector (10, 100) comprises a laterally-open groove (34) recessed in an internal wall (20) along a longitudinal direction (Y) of the longitudinal internal bore (14). The groove (34) has a higher curvature value (R2) than a curvature value (R1) of the longitudinal internal bore (34), and is substantially arranged opposite to the transverse threaded hole (22, 24, 26, 28, 102). The present invention further relates to methods for manufacturing such mechanical connector (10, 100) and a method for assembling the mechanical connector (10, 100) with an electrical cable (1).
