Arrangement with a Connector for at Least One Electrical Cable
An arrangement with a connector for at least one electrical cable is indicated, that is surrounded by a cover, having an electrical conductor, which has a plurality of individual wires. The connector has a pipe shaped clamping body composed of metal to receive the conductors of the cables, in the walls of which at least one position with two threads is provided, mounted with interacting throughholes, their axis V-formed extended at an angle, lying between 100 and 180 . In the mounted position the clamping screws are attached tightly in the throughholes of the conductor, which act in the same area of the conductor. In the mounted position, the clamping screws screwed in the two throughholes are rounded on their points each with a radius lying between 0.15D and 0.5D, with the diameter D of the threaded part of the clamping screws.
GROUNDING SYSTEM
A grounding system, structured to ground a number of cables supported by a support assembly, includes a multi-function line assembly and a number of conductive mounting assemblies. Each conductive mounting assembly is structured to be coupled to the multi-function line and to a conductive pile.
Housing Assembly for a Module Connector with Pre-Locked Screw
The invention relates to a housing assembly protected against contact for a module connector, with a housing which comprises a passage opening extending through the housing in a direction of connection, and with a screw with a screw head arranged in the passage opening, where the screw is locked in the passage opening in a pre-assembly position. Such a housing assembly can be assembled quickly and in a simple manner and at the same time is completely protected against contact.
HIGH CURRENT CONNECTOR AND MODULE CONNECTOR SYSTEM WITH SUCH A HIGH CURRENT CONNECTOR
A high current connector includes a housing, a screw and a screw head cover. The screw extends along a screw axis and has a screw head. The housing has a first receptacle extending along the screw axis and a receptacle opening. The screw head and the cover are arranged in the first receptacle. The cover is on a side that faces the receptacle opening and covers the screw head to electrically isolate the screw. The screw head cover has a cover portion extending outwards in the radial direction and a support portion arranged radially outside on the cover portion extending about the screw axis. The first receptacle has a receptacle internal wall facing the support portion. The support portion has an outer circumferential side resting against the receptacle internal wall and supporting the screw in the radial direction.
Single fastener electrical connector
A one-piece metallic connector is configured to receive a fastener and has features that grip and electrically bond two conductors as they are clamped together when the fastener is tightened. The connector's generally U-shaped body has first and second legs, a bight portion joining the legs and an opening in each leg through which a single mounting fastener can extend. When installed with the outside of one leg abutting one conductor, another conductor is clamped between the legs. At least one outer projection (tooth) on the outer face of one leg engages the conductor to which the connector is mounted. At least one inner projection (tooth) on the same leg engages the conductor clamped between the legs. A recess on the inner face of the distal portion of the other leg is configured to cradle the clamped conductor.

CABLE LUG COMPRISING A NUT OR FUNCTIONAL PART, METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SUCH A CABLE LUG, AND NUT
A cable lug or functional part in combination with a nut is provided. The cable lug or functional part has a tubular receiving portion for a cable, an integrally formed flat part connecting portion connected to the tubular receiving portion, the flat part connecting portion having a hole therethrough defined by a wall said hole having a central axis. The nut includes a body having an undercut. The nut is held captively and rotatably on the flat part connecting portion. The nut does not pass through the flat part connecting portion is held by a reshaped holding material portion of the flat part connecting portion which projects into the undercut. The reshaped holding material portion is accommodated in the undercut, and an axial clearance is provided between the reshaped holding material and the wall which defines the hole.
