ELECTRICAL PLUG CONNECTOR FOR A BUSBAR
The present invention relates to an electrical plug connector for an electrical connection system. The electrical plug connector comprises a plug connector housing comprising a housing body and a busbar portion. The busbar portion is at least partially accommodated in the plug connector housing. The busbar portion includes a busbar conductor, and a busbar end which is integrally formed with the busbar conductor. The busbar end includes a connection portion that is configured for being plugged to a mating connector to establish an electrical connection. The busbar end further includes a retention means which is configured to engage with a corresponding retention means to receive pull forces being imposed on the busbar portion in a direction opposite to a mating direction. The plug connector housing has a corresponding retention means that engages with the retention means when the busbar portion is at least partially accommodated in the plug connector housing.
CONTROL BOX
A control box includes a housing, and a plurality of positive and negative plug connectors protruded and fastened on a cable let-out surface of the housing. The plurality of positive and negative plug connectors are different from each other, and each of structures of the plurality of positive and negative plug connectors is selected from a group including a dual male plug transmission-end structure and a dual female plug transmission-end structure. The dual female plug transmission-end structure is matched with a dual male plug transmission cable, and the dual male plug transmission cable includes the dual male plug transmission-end structure; the dual male plug transmission-end structure is matched with a dual female plug transmission cable, and the dual female plug transmission cable includes the dual female plug transmission-end structure.
CONNECTOR
A connector includes a contact connected to a flexible conductor, a housing that is attached to a flexible substrate and retains the contact, and a protection sheet that is constituted of an insulating film having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on one surface thereof and is disposed between the housing and the flexible substrate such that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer faces the flexible substrate, the protection sheet being disposed so as to cover at least a front surface part of the flexible substrate on which the flexible conductor is formed, and is adhered to the flexible substrate with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the housing having a flat surface facing the flexible substrate, an adhesive layer bonding the housing to the protection sheet being disposed between the flat surface and the protection sheet.
Recreational Vehicle Electrical Plug
A vehicular electrical plug or connector is provided. In another aspect, an electrical connector includes a wire cable having a first end that is permanently connected to a wheeled recreational vehicle, a second end with an outlet-engageable plug thereon, and a switch allowing for a high potential or dielectric withstand test by the vehicle manufacturer in one switch condition, and then the switch allowing for normal use while detecting and/or alerting a user of an electrical ground and/or polarity problem in another switch condition. A further aspect of an electrical connector employs multiple lights on a plug, one of which alerts a user of an electrical ground and/or polarity problem, and another of which is illuminated when electricity is flowing through the plug. Another aspect of a vehicular electrical plug and method of manufacturing same, includes liquid polyurethane fed into a hole in a plug housing which then fills the otherwise open area therein to create a water-resistant seal for the plug.
Power connector with integrated power monitoring
An electronic power connector including a contact configured to electrically connect a power supply to a load. The electronic power connector further including a contact core configured to receive the contact, the contact core including a transformer winding wrapped around the contact core, the transformer winding configured to sense a current.
Cable shielding with metal foil
A cable assembly includes a plug receiver, a conductor interface, a metal shell encasing the conductor interface and a portion of a cable of the cable assembly, a metal foil that wraps conformably around an exterior of the metal shell, wherein the metal foil covers substantially all of the exterior of the metal shell and extends beyond the metal shell onto a cable shielding layer. The cable assembly further includes a solder layer disposed about the metal foil, wherein the solder layer bonds and electrically couples the first foil portion to itself, the second foil portion to cable shielding at the location on the plurality of conductors that is proximate to the conductor interface, and the third foil portion to the plug receiver. The cable assembly further includes an electrically insulating layer that encases the metal shell, the metal foil, and the solder layer.
Electrical Conductor Assembly, Method for Producing an Electrical Conductor Assembly
An electrical conductor assembly includes a line section having a plurality of conductor wires formed of a first electrically conductive material, a contact section in which the conductor wires are compacted to form a contact unit, and a layer formed of a second electrically conductive material. The layer is disposed on a contact surface of the contact unit.
Very high speed, high density electrical interconnection system with broadside subassemblies
A modular electrical connector with broad-side coupled signal conductors in a right angle intermediate portion. Broadside coupling provides balanced pairs for very high frequency operation. The connector is assembled with multiple subassemblies, each of which has multiple pairs of signal conductors. The subassemblies are formed from an insulative portion having grooves in opposite sides into which the intermediate portions of signal conductors. Covers, holding the signal conductors in the grooves, establish the position of the signal conductors relative to reference conductors at the exterior of subassembly, so as to provide a controlled impedance. Lossy material is positioned between the pairs in a subassembly and/or contacts the reference conductors of the subassemblies, and the lossy material of the subassemblies is in turn connected with a conductive structure.
