A joint connector includes a cap, a plug received in the cap in a mounting direction, and a clip mounted along the mounting direction to fix the cap and the plug, wherein the plug comprises a flexible locking element configured to simultaneously fix the cap and the clip. The locking element is connected to the plug deformably in a vertical direction with respect to the plug.

The coupling nut further includes an inner thread portion located between the first and second ends; and a sealing member located at the first end. The sealing member has a base and a deformable wiper portion. The sealing member is configured to flex between deformed and non-deformed states when coupling the coupling nut to the mating connector. The base of the sealing member is in contact with an inner surface of the first end and the deformable wiper portion extends radially inwardly from the base.

Electrical connector assembly having floating heat sink in resilient manner

An electrical connector assembly includes a seat unit and a cover unit. The seat unit defines a receiving cavity for receiving the CPU. The cover unit is pivotably mounted upon one end of the seat unit. The cover unit includes a first cover and a second cover surrounding the first cover. The first cover includes a first frame equipped with therein a floating heat sink which is located above and aligned with the receiving cavity. The heat sink forms a pair of side extensions sandwiched between a pair of pressing blocks and the first frame in a vertical direction and essentially downwardly pressed by the pair of pressing blocks of the first cover in a resilient manner. Resilient mechanism is provided between the pressing block and the heat sink to result in a downward force constantly urge the heat sink downwardly against the first frame.

Submersible connector seal

A connector seal for use in a submersible connection apparatus may include a shell comprising an internal channel and a groove disposed on an external surface of shell. The connector seal may also include an annular seal member disposed in the groove of the shell. The annular seal member may be configured to hermetically piston seal the connector seal within the submersible connection apparatus. The connector seal may also include a first interconnect disposed within the internal channel at a first end of the shell, a second interconnect disposed within the internal channel at a second end of the shell, a conductive pin configured to make an electrical connection through the connector seal. The conductive pin may extend between and disposed within the first interconnect and the second interconnect.

Submersible connector seal

A connector seal for use in a submersible connection apparatus may include a shell comprising an internal channel and a groove disposed on an external surface of shell. The connector seal may also include an annular seal member disposed in the groove of the shell. The annular seal member may be configured to hermetically piston seal the connector seal within the submersible connection apparatus. The connector seal may also include a first interconnect disposed within the internal channel at a first end of the shell, a second interconnect disposed within the internal channel at a second end of the shell, a conductive pin configured to make an electrical connection through the connector seal. The conductive pin may extend between and disposed within the first interconnect and the second interconnect.

The attaching part passes through the open slot and protrudes from the end openings to be detachably engaged with the connector casing to detachably fix the base onto the connector casing. Therein, the attaching part is separable from the heat sink from the side opening. An electrical connector includes a circuit board, an electrical connector base, and the electrical connector cage assembly. The electrical connector base is electrically connected onto the circuit board and exposed from the connector casing.

Systems, methods, and apparatus are disclosed allowing relative movement between downhole tools while remaining in electrical communication. In one example, a first tool comprising a first connector body is configured for connecting to a second connector body of a second tool. A sliding connector housing has an electrical strip axially arranged along the connector housing, wherein the first or second connector body is moveably secured to the connector housing in sliding electrical contact with the electrical strip. The first and second connector bodies are releasably connectable to each other, thereby allowing relative movement between the first and second tools via the connector housing while maintaining electrical and fluid communication between the first and second tools.
